Thread: Bank of America

I posted friday the fact I had ordered Dong on thursday and that when I called BofA they told me my purchase had been cancelled.
Today I checked my bank account and found that BofA had deducted the purchase amount from my account on friday afternoon. Hopefully that means they are going to be able to fill my order. That sounds great to me I was a little upset when I was told my order was canceled and had planned on trying again monday.
Hopefully it all works out.

The daily conversion for the Dong today is
Sunday, April 22, 2007
1 US Dollar = 16,674.0 Vietnamese Dong
1 Vietnamese Dong (VND) = 0.00005997 US Dollar (USD)

and for yesterday was
Saturday, April 21, 2007
1 US Dollar = 16,430.6 Vietnamese Dong
1 Vietnamese Dong (VND) = 0.00006086 US Dollar (USD
Fridays rate was
Friday, April 20, 2007
1 US Dollar = 16,591.0 Vietnamese Dong
1 Vietnamese Dong (VND) = 0.00006027 US Dollar (USD)

This currency sure does fluctuate but soon it will be going up There is still time.

I visited the VN Central Bank website just now, and the rate for 23/04/2007 says 16.119,00 is that how they place their decimals?

I have just went to the BofA excgange site and they have removed the Vietnam Dong from their line of currency for exchange!!!
I wonder what this could mean?
any takers on this?

It probably means they don't have to explain any more cancelled orders.

Well I finally got the canx email from BofA today from my order on Thursday. Was hoping mine got through since it took a while to send email. I guess its time to contact Ali at Dinartrade.

Me too. 15 100,000 new dong notes from B o A.

I placed an order last Thurs. around five. Friday morning I called and was told it was good, then told it was cancelled, then told I would get 12.8 mil instead of 12.83 as they didn't have small bills only 100,000 and 200,000. It would go out that day and I would get it today(Monday). I called them this morning to get a Fedex tracking # and was told they had cancelled it. I have never gotten an e-mail cancellation from them.

I called Ali and placed an order for 15 mill. will get it after May 1.


I can't believe the way Bank of America does business!!
