• mmm, try throwing one in a blender (it doesn't hurt them.....) and add:

• 1/2 c pineapple juice
• 1/2 c milk
• 2 tsp. honey
• 2 c ice

mmmm. nice smoothie. if you have some kind of protein mix, add a scoop.

clever....i don't quite have a problem with using different names ON DIFFERENT FORUMS. HOWEVER...TRYING TO USE DIFFERENT NAMES IN THE SAME FORUM ....THAT IS WHAT HAS BEEN HAPPENING HERE...BTW...I'M A DOLPHIN HERE AND THERE.
