MY MENTALITY WAS: CASH ENOUGH IN TO GET OUT OF DEBT, SIT ON THE REST. I was letting fear creep in, thinking the value would not go up after the rv, but would actually go down. It is a game where wisdom will be totally necessary in making decisions.

NONE of us know how this thing will end. There is enough info floating around to back an RV from 500:1 to 1:5. Just because someone's opinion will give us 6,7,8 and 9 figure profits, do not mean it's not possible. Admittedly, it's hard to wrap my brain around it...but certainly possible.

Caddieman, my point is that no one's point of view is no more true or realistic than anyone else's. It's all a matter of perspective, which is largely dependent on our life's experiences. The truist or most realistic opinion will not be known until this thing happens.

I agree with you too! I have know idea how this will end or when! What I was saying about the truth was in reference to the lower demos. To have a large RV say 1 to 1 you have to have smaller demos. That is just a fact. I was not talking about the RV rate. I think it will be .05 if it does RV but just my opinion absolutely no truth or fact in that!

very , very , good advice to cash in enuf to get out of debt as early as possible, even to the detriment of lost gains you could have gotten by waiting it out.
i call it the "you-never-know" factor. After the debt is gone, feel free to take your chances on when the value peaks for cashing in the remainder of your hoard.

One of the most used words in the rumor section is "soon". I know what I want this to mean but can be interpreted as the following:

Tomorrow!

This week.

Next week.

June 24th.

Before June 30th!

July 1st.

September.

This year.

Again my prediction is June 24th & the rate I'm now going with is $2.89. (Going with the 75% of the Kwaiti rate.)

i ll take 2.89, but i dont expect to see it till that lil ol isx is electronic and live for foreigners....

Desert Wolf--- its less work for the teller at the end of the day if
he/she gets rid of the smaller bills and keeps the larger. Depends on bank
and relationship. If the bank knows you will be depositing large amounts
eventually, they will be very accommodating.

At some point you may see the BM allowing an exchange from Lg to Sm IQD, but IMHO, not before the IQD settles in value. It is simple business of turning a profit at the expense of the customer.

The CEOs and Boards have their plans of attack and KNOW the value of an early-redeemed IQD before its time. One local friend was willing to cash in when they RV to $.50 and felt that was enough profit for him. He now thinks differently and plans on keeping the difference!

I will not redeem any IQD before its time...
