Fingers crossed you're right. Let's hope they don't postpone the ISX opening (again) which at this stage seems to be the only objective they tend to meet (delaying). I've got to snap out of it and think positive. GO HCL!! GO RV!!

Well, if you are right, your source was correct on the passing by the 25th. Hopefully he/she is correct on the new rate by 28th.....or heck...even by the 1st and I will be happy! :D

I hope you're 'spot on' as our British members frequently say but after 3.5 years of chasing the dinar and watching the GoI (Gang of Incompetents) miss every benchmark set before them, I default to a member from another forum, Lord Razor, who once said and I quote:

I do believe that the pressure on them now is real and they (GoI) have 90 days to 'bow up' or 'bow out' regarding crucial legislation mandated by the US and UK. If not, watch for implementation of a previously discussed 'Salvation Government' to replace Maliki and the other hapless buffoons. I believe that God will not allow the sacrifices of life and limb by our troops go for naught and that Iraq plays a significant role in the tumultuous future of mankind as foretold in Biblical prophecy. Just to set the record straight, the possible rate change for the 28th was my opinion. The only info I received was about the HCL, nothing about the currency.

Thought i'd post up something I think supports this thread.

Interstingly enough, there is a posted article on one of the other forums that talks about parliament being in session on Saturday.

My understanding is that Friday and Saturday is their weekend. Seeing as the GoI never misses an opportunity to take time off as well, this could be directly related to the HCL and the three readings.
