It's possible....

I'm not mentioning that dealers name anymore but, "that dealer" sent an email that the rate changed to 1269. Then the CBI web site went down. Then "that dealer" sent an email that the rate changed at .19. This rate also displayed on their web site.

So, if it's true that the email is auto-generated and connected to some server from CBI, then one could assume that the rate on the CBI server changed. However, did the rate really change? Was it hacked and thus that's why they parked it? We don't know because they're still offline. If they just wanted to get offline and cover their butts while they figure out what to do, maybe someone did change it before they were supposed to.

We'll see when the CBI brings themselves back... purely speculation until then.

I know it sounds nuts right? Yet we have known for a long time that Kuwait's currency is undervalued as are many Middle Eastern GCC currencies. As much as 27%. Somewhere I remember hearing quotes of 4 and change for Kuwait.

Five bucks? Maybe so.....Lots of oil, proposed service oriented consumer economy, what better way to jolt this thing forward?

Five bucks is beyond anything I would have dared believe. I think we will just have to wait and see.

Flights to transfer currency from the Rafidain Bank to a number of banks

Luna / Baghdad / The Iraqi company for banking services several trips to the transfer of currency to the Rafidain bank branches all over in Baghdad during the third week of April.

The source added that the branches are (Rustumiyyah, Haifa, Liberals, the White Palace, paradise, Khansa, Jerusalem, Al-Mansour, Diyala bridge, in essence, Karradat Maryam, the eastern section, Azwaih, projectors, Hotel Babylon, oil compound, Waziriyah, New Dawn), has moved the company private currency Rashid Bank and its branches, some branches of private banks, adding that the company has several flights outside Baghdad governorate to the Wasit governorate, including three special Rafidain Bank branches in the (Suwayrah, Wasit, the project) and another trip to the Rasheed Bank branch in (Nu'maniyah).

I have zero clue if and when a RV would occur but it would not surprise me in the least bit if it happened TODAY...

This stuff is WAY TO COINCIDENTAL...

I know one thing...At 10:00AM EST I will be calling my guy at Chase for a rate every day this week...And if it's that high I'm cashin' IMMEDIATELY...Give them NO TIME to make any sort of negative change to exchange policies...

Something's up alright, it's just getting weirder and weirder, i'm still wondering if this is going to lead to the rv, but i sure hope so, and if it's lower denoms they've flew, it makes the possibility of the RV sound really good. I've ordered another 100k from dinartrade yesterday, i sure hope that they will send me the dinars if the currency rv's, atleast that's what their support told me, lol.
