Thanks for the update.

We will have to wait and see whenever they get their site back up and running. I still don't understand why there's a conference scheduled at 3:30-from where and with who???!! Central time? Won't it be in the middle of the night in Iraq at that point?

No the Press Conference is in Washington at the State Department at 3PM today EST, They said IT IS FOR THE RECORD...WILL BE TELECAST...it will feature the Assistant Directory of the Treasury who has been the coordinator of the go between Iraq, the IMF and the Treasury for Condi and the President...David...I cant recall his last name just now but they posted the entire press release in the news section yesterday...
