Ok, I know that safe dinar's site is linked to to cbi somehow, but if they know it is a mistake, why not post something on the website to say it is a mistake. IMO, I think they have NO idea what is going on...

If indeed it was $5+, wouldn't it be .19 dollars to the dinar instead of .19 dinars to the dollar?

No, that is correct the way they have it....IF that indeed WAS the rate.

I'm fairly certain that this is an automatic e-mail system made to go out when rates are changed. So yes even if the rate is a mistake, the server doesn't know that and sees a rate change and is made to send e-mails out then....

Hopefully this press release is a good thing with all of this happening this morning.

I also just tried to check the safedinar site and it's not up either, for me anyway.
