Ok heard back from boots. Was not the meeting I was expecting, but still positive news. Ok, heres what they said, the meeting was to discuss payments owed and how and what departments were to pay. They said they seemed happy and not much bickering. They signed documents with " the special pens" and there was lots of picture taking. Wish they understood Arabic, but this was all they could give me. They only give factual Info, and don't spectulate.

Special pens? I swear i read way back that they use special celebratory type pens for certain signings..........i'll take this for my good vibe of the day, thanks Gloribee!

maybe 40-65% will look a little deeper and REALLY understand it (it's full meaning... I will explain this to anyone that wants to know)

10% wont get it at all and are afraid to ask (all of you 10%-ers can PM me if you don't want anyone else to see your question, this includes you, "ummmm-ummmm", in case you fall in that 10%)

Then there is always that 1% (I am fairly sure everyone here knows what I mean by "that 1%", and if they do, then they also know very well why I wont waste my time explaining it to that 1%)

So "ummm-ummm"

you are either a 10%-er or a 1%-er

because a 90%-er and especially a 40-65%-er would not have said

"ummm. nice graph" unless they were completely stupid.

i've been around here for a real long time and have seen my share of these

"hit and run" trollings

when it happens, it is only slightly irritating

does anyone know what level of documents attract the "special pen"

is it earth shaking every few months sort of event, or every stupid little law?

maybe RR;s Kurds would know such a thing?

maybe the boots could ask about?

that knowledge would give us a then fair indicator of deciphering "boots" information.
