ok what would .05 be worth? i remember thinking when .58 meant 58 cents.....i am mathematically challenged.........help!

That was when the equation was reversed. When we had a figure of .59 it was .59 dinar to the dollar which means the dinar is worth roughly $1.69.
It couldn't be reversed for .02, or .05 - that would mean 1 dinar is worth $50, or $20. I'm quite sure that's not what was meant!Jean

I have to agree! Hey DD just having fun with your spelling. Some know that my typing isn't the greatest either, especially when I'm tired. Wish there was a spell check on here,LOL.
