What throws me of on that page is that the IQD Buying Rate is 0.000000 ...But then, that's 0.000000 also for the Pakistan Rupee...maybe that means that they are not buying , but selling only the IQD - at 0.0002485?

I pulled up NBK earlier and it listed the IQD as 1159.3159. I clicked on rates and the I clicked on SHOW ALL. It is still listed as above.

Yes, that's correct. The IQD IS listed there...with that value...but some people say that it's been like that for a while...
