Means nothing. Sorry, I'd be as excited as the rest of you. Prices have been going up over time. The only site to look for a rate is the CBI, anything else means nothing at all. There are other sites other than NBK that have shown the dinar to have a value lower than 1272 rate at times. It makes no difference.

As close as we are, this isn't it, unfortunately.

thanks, I'll check the site out. Interesting, to say the least. I'm with Adster, though, this has always been lower than CBI. We shall know soon enough.

You know, this may not be a bank that is visited a lot, but it is showing some progress. Every time I have checked this banks rate and compared them with what has been on the forum or other sites, the rates have been comperable. In other words Ihavent seen much movement. Today there is movement. Yea! We all want 1 to 1 or better, but one step at a time!

agreed I've watch this rate for sometime and it has been consistantly lower for months. now as to the other part of the story we will just have to wait and see......we know a 1:1 or better is coming tommorrow would be good for all of us........

They wouldn't drop by a few if we're looking at a 1 to 1 reval, what would be the point in that.......

More to the point which could be something is the the standard "disclaimer" on the CBI website about holding the rate until end of business Sunday is NOT there today.

Could be something, could be nothing Wardy/guys. Fingers crossed.

By saying comperable .0002-.0004 hundreths of a cent lower I think is comperable! I think it would be very difficult to cut my penny that small.

I wasn't really getting excited just yet...I just noticed a couple of days ago that he had gone down to 885 per mil, then a little later in the day he went back to 900. I saw this on his site myself and then noticed that someone else had also posted it. However, I may not have been checking this site long enough, but during the time I have been looking, his rates had not gone up other than this quick change a couple of days ago. I realize the rates would go up as the dinar went down over time, but this is the first time I have actually seen it happen. Allthough we are still relatively new to this investment, I have already learned not to get too excited over news, rumors, or heresay...my blood pressure can't handle it . I will stock my supply of blood pressure pills for the actual day that the CBI says "Here it is...???:1" Hopefully, it will be ?.??:1
