Good Morning All!

I see the thrist for knowledge has not yet been quenched this forum. I have been motivated to share some of the things I have found to assist us all achieve the things we desire as painless as possible. I have been reading about off-shore businesses and banking. We here in the US happen to be one of the most taxed countries on the planet and I for one, do not wish to give such a large chunk to the IRS. I have found a couple of sites that explain to and can accommadate folks like us who are on the verge of potental wealth. I will call the new thread "Legal Tax Haven". Remind you, I am not pushing this information on anyone, nor am I going to gain a dime tooting the horn of these companies. All I am trying to do is give you some knowledge that will help us maintain once our rocket has launched. Please do the homework yourselves and make whatever decision you feel will best suit you. I hope you find this information as helpful as I did.

As for my main purpose of making my first posting in this forum, . We joined this forum the early part of February on the advice of a friend of my sister. We were looking for help, advice, and support on our new investment as all of the Dinar we have has been recently (this month) purchased. We had no idea what we were getting in to, but we were (and still are) very hopeful that the "nest egg" will pay off. I have not jumped in to make a posting yet as I was trying to learn what this was all about before I appeared foolish in asking questions that had already been answered. Therefore, I have been simply lurking in the bushes, reading what I could to enlighten myself in this venture we have taken on. It has been really difficult to wade through the bashings and derogatory comments thrown out in efforts of discouragement by those who seem to thrive on that type of activity. I am seeing talk of "family" that I have not felt as of yet, but I can say that I am also seeing the effort to return to that atmosphere. BTW, is there room for three of us to be adopted into that family as well?

Let me say here that I truly appreciate the efforts of Admin, Neno, SGS, and the many others whose names I have not learned as of yet, or cannot recall at this moment, in their attempts to keep this forum open and harassment-free for those of us who are truly learning something from you guys. Even if these predictions do not come to pass in the stated timelines, I look at it as an opportunity to make more of an investment until it does come to pass...which I absolutely believe it will.

The way I see it:
If you have no hope for the future, then you have no future.

YES! The adoptions are in full force! I echo your comments and wish that you join us all in this open forum. As I said earlier, I look forward to seeing you all in the future to talk of our experiences here with the investment we have all taken up. At first, I wasn't sure if anyone was listening (reading actually), but they do and have responded in a big way to clean up the negative and restore this forum to glory.

So welcome, and don't be a stranger. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Terry, be careful here. I'm a recovering attorney, and my understanding is if you are a US citizen, you owe income taxes on any income earned AROUND THE WORLD. The only way to do this legally is to give up your US citizenship. This is just what I know (or think I know). Can anyone else verify this? I'd hate to see anyone who makes a ton on this investment spend time in a federal "county club" for not paying taxes.

I think Mike-OSW would be a good source to tap information on this type of thing. Due to all the Home Land Defense/reporting, money transactions are hot ticket item. If you have a sizable investment in this definitely check things out and be as throuough as you can. Last thing you want are the MIB showing up at your front door.

Thank you for your imput! You see this is how "family" watches eachothers back. I did read in one of the sites that you can hold a dual citizenship. I realize your may have a great deal more experience and knowledge in these matters. So if you would not mind looking into these issues, I think we would all appreciate it. I am not sure what a recovering attorney is, but here is something that I tell my son: "The MAN can that everything away from you except your education"! I challenged him to learn as much as he can about everything he can. Again sir, any help you could provide us would be much appreciated.

When I say "recovering" attorney I mean I don't practice anymore. I have different businesses now. I was a family law litigator, and I hated it. Too much negativity. I like what I do now much more! You've got to enjoy what you do for a living. After the reval I will be an investor exclusively. You gotta love that PASSIVE income!

OK Im not trying to bash or stir up trouble all i want to know as im sure other members are curious as well.... SGS is there any way possble you can call back these sources and ask why these things didnt occur and there reason behind it. It would be nice to have a follow up behind these post. very good. Loved the recovering attorney bit...(what do you call a thousand lawyers chained together at the bottom of the sea? A good start!) seriously, it's good to have one when you need one, so I disclaim the energy from that silly joke.
I get what you're saying about offshore, but what about Swiss Banks? are they still a viable option as a place to....hmmm.....give shelter to funds?
