We are now three weeks into our pre-registration stage and we already have over 35,000 who have pre-registered.

If you log onto your back office today, you will notice that a new link has been added.

The page behind this link explains how we intend to pay bonuses, and also answers some other questions we have received.

Next week our founders are meeting in Panama to put the finishing touches to our official pre launch.

We will be updating you all on all of the details shortly after.

One request we have is that you pay careful attention to our zero s*pam policy. We have remove 16 people for promoting using s*pam in the last week.

One a positive note, we now have 4 people who each have over 500 personally sponsored.

This was written on Tuesday, March 27.

We are now less than 3 weeks from the official pre-launch, and as of today we already have over 35,000 people pre-registered.

This page that should answer some of the remaining questions our pre-registrants may have.

If, after reading this material, you have any remaining questions or comments, please post them on the forum.

General Comments on bonus payment methods:

Bonuses will be paid to members via Debit Cards and / or Pre-Paid Credit Cards.

The exact method used will be determined by the country you live in.

As part of our discovery process in determining how to best pay these bonuses, we also examined basically every from of online payment.

NONE of them met our two fundamental criteria of guaranteeing both total privacy and security.

The cards we will be issuing will work at any ATM in your country, and some will also work online as well.

The cards all have various minimal usage charges associated with them and members will be able to view a complete list of those charges in their back offices.

Supplying the cards will range in cost from $15.00 - $25.00 (depending on the country), and this cost will be covered by deducting the charge (with their permission) from the members first bonus check.

Please also note that while our paid members will be advised of their exact payment method in their back offices, we are NOT going to be answering ANY questions regarding the identity of our card providers to non paid members.

Also, there has been some speculation on the forum regarding the possibility of us setting up individual Panamanian offshore bank accounts for members.

This is impossible, as Panama does not permit non Panamanian residents to open bank accounts.

If you see this service advertised online, be warned that it IS a SCAM.

Panama does, however, permit some S&L accounts, but once again be warned that you have ZERO recourse if they go out of business and take your money with them.

What is permitted is that registered offshore companies and trusts may open bank accounts.

The cost involved in setting up these entities is anywhere from $1,500 up to $3,500 depending on the complexity of the entity being set up.

We will be heavily involved in assisting any of our members wishing to set up in this manner, and will have a system in place where our members can elect to have us retain any of their bonuses until they have enough money on hand to pay for their entity.

In simple English this means that we can place any bonuses you want held in a special escrow account that we have set up for this purpose.

Members will have the ability to ask us to withhold any or all of their bonuses for them from a special section of their back office.

Members will also have the ability to deal directly with our Panamanian attorneys if they wish to use their own funds to set up their own entities.

Then, once the members has their own entity, all future bonuses earned will be paid directly into the bank account of that entity.

BTW, Panama has fairly good interest rates when compared to standard USA bank rates. We are currently earning 7% on some of our money in banks there.

There will be MUCH more on this subject in our paid members back offices.

General Comments on advertising restrictions:

At present we have a total ban on any form of advertising on the forum.

We are doing this for two reasons.

1) We prefer that everyone involved concentrate on us right now, and not get side tracked with other opportunities.

2) We are well aware of the fact that many people have joined the forum simply to be able to promote whatever they are promoting to other forum members.

ALL of this will change dramatically once we open the paid members forum.

This forum will be for the exclusive use of our paid members.

We will manually register each paid member.

The forum URL will be hidden behind a SSL certificate and be reachable only through the members back office.

While this forum will have many more sub forums attached to it, we would like to give you a preview of just three of those sub forums now.

One will be called the "CSO" (Club Special Offer) forum.

This is a forum where any member can advertise any (well almost) product or service that they wish to offer to other members. This forum will have one rule regarding the offer. The product or service offered has to be LESS expensive than is available anywhere else.

Another one will be called the "Opportunities" forum.

This is a forum where any member can promote any (well almost) other opportunity they are involved with.

Note: The "almost" precludes anything to do with Gambling, Drugs, Pornography, Politics or Religion.

It will also preclude ANY opportunity listed on our "This is a SCAM" forum.

Yes, we are going to have a listing of known scams sub forum to protect our members as well.

The interesting aspect of our new forum is that we are going to make these services available and still protect your privacy as well.

EVERY paid member will be allocated a special email address for use with club related matters.

That email address will be [email protected], and it will ONLY accept email from the club and other club members.

ANY email sent to these addresses by non members will be deleted by our server, so spam will not be an issue except in the rare case where a member decides to send spam to other members.

This will be an extremely rare matter, for the simple reason that ANY member who decides to spam other members WILL instantly become an EX member once we become aware of it.

No warning, no slap on the wrist, just a total permanent removal from the system is our official policy when dealing with spammers.

This email address is also what will appear in the members profile on the new forum.

These email addresses are an important part of our privacy protection for members, as they provide NO identifying contact information to non members.

These email accounts are not POP3 accounts. They are web based and as such the mail they contain never leaves our server.

This is a critically important point as ANY email sent over the Internet, can be read by ANYONE with the right access level at the hosting company.

Our mail, and mail sent to you by other members, however, can be read by you, and our staff only.

General Comments on other issues:

One issue that has been raised numerous times on the forum, is how and when the membership fees are to be paid.

This issue is still under discussion for legal reasons.

Next week from Tuesday - Thursday, our founders will all be in Panama holding a series of meetings with our legal / accounting team.

This issue will be decided at that time, and the relevant information will then be made available.

Also made available at that time will be the exact date that we will start accepting paid membership applications.

While this date is expected to be April 15, it may actually be earlier.

For those interested, we will also be posting a few photos of our offices (and the great view) at that time as well.

Couldn't have expressed it any better myself. This is one of those times when action speaks louder than words, and those were some powerful words, so we all know what we have to do on April 15th, pay our taxes in U.S. and commit to investing the small payment in club. This is a great opportunity to help each other with another long term income stream.

First time in years I am looking forward to April 15th. LOL Use to be I would file to get a refund, but then I got smart and made sure gov. didn't hold any of my money, let them wait till the very last day, which is April 15th, now I look forward to date with what I have seen to date with Offshore Privacy Club so far.
