I have never seen such a positive upgrade imput from those who registered, so with over 600 already in our group, certainly this looks great for everyone to be into profit, if not at least covering their initial investment, regardless of which level you enter at. That is what I like most about GWOPC, all who are placed in matrix will be paid members, no usual dead wood spots which is what deminishes results in all previous matrix programs. I like what I see and am hearing, so think long and hard on this one and upgrade before launch and be surprised. Fear of loss is a wonderful motivator. (g)

The last three weeks have been incredibly exciting, as we have received and processed well over 1,000 paid Diamond Membership applications.

Some of those members have already earned over five times their yearly membership fee in fast start bonuses alone.

Our paid members have been automatically added to another list and will start to receive their own updates in a few days.

Both our paid members back office and forum are now being regularly used by our paid members. Forum participation is even larger on the paid side to our surprise and joy.

From now until May 25, we will continue to accept paid membership applications from those wishing to become founding members.

As of today, there are just 16 days remaining to become a founding member.

As announced earlier, all founding members will be paid a 20% "matching bonus" on the matrix bonuses paid to anyone they have personally sponsored, instead of only being paid after the Diamond member has personally sponsored thirty members as published in our comp plan. This is a huge advantage, but one which will end soon, so if you are interested in this opportunity, you need to act now.

We are totally amazed at the fact that over 200 of our unpaid members have personally sponsored paid members, yet have not become paid members themselves.

If you happen to be in this group, please remember that after the May 25th deadline, you will permanently lose the sponsorship of these paid members if you have not become a paid member yourself.

As of today, every aspect of our journey toward our official launch is proceeding as scheduled.

One question we have been asked is when is the cut off date for potential founding members to first register as unpaid members through your websites. That date is Friday, May 18. Anyone who is in our system at that time may become a founding member IF we receive their applications and funds prior to May 25.

On Friday, May 18 your existing website will all have the "Registration" link removed, and it will be replaced by a notice that we will not be accepting any further registrations until after we finish processing all of the founding member applications and populating the matrix.

This will occur sometime between May 26 and June 1.

At that time the new page copy for the website will be put up and the registration page will be reactivated for all of our paid members. While the registration page will still exist for our unpaid members, it will no longer sign new members up under them. Instead those new members will be automatically placed under the first upline paid member of the unpaid member.

We fully realize that we have many unpaid members who are "sitting on the fence" and fully intend to wait until after we have launched and actually paid our first bonuses before making the decision to join.

We are perfectly happy for them to do so, as each member is perfectly entitled to make their own decision as to when they join or don't join.

We will, however point out three important aspects of not becoming a paid member before May 25.

1) Our founding members can earn extra bonuses, bonuses which will NOT be available to those who join later. The special 20% matching bonus will ONLY be available to our founding members.

2) Anyone with an existing downline who does not join prior to May 25 will permanently lose that downline.

3) Anyone who does not join prior to May 25 will have permanently lost their existing ID number, username and current position in the matrix.

One other important point.

Do not assume that everyone you have personally sponsored is receiving these updates, as OVER 50% of our total unpaid membership is not subscribed to this list. You might like to consider passing these updates along to them.

Also MOST of the relevant information, and answers to hundreds of questions are already posted on our members forum.

LESS than 7% of our unpaid members have joined that forum.

I research all new programs and I like the way the back office is updating everyone as we progress to launch. In addition, they listen to the input from the members and set up a U.S. point of payment instead of the extra expense of courier costs directly to Panama office, so I like what I hear and see so far, including the upgrade ratio to diamond prepaid positions I am seeing. Lets all hope everyone that registered is paying attention and keeping up with updates.

If you are already a paid member you may safely ignore this update, as you will receive a copy of the paid members update later today.

The last few weeks have been incredibly exciting busy time for all of us, as we have received and processed over 2,000 paid Diamond Membership applications.

As of yesterday the registration page on your websites have been disabled.

This was done to enable us to spend the next week concentrating on processing the flood of membership applications we are receiving on a daily basis.

During the last three days before we disabled the registration page we had well over 4,000 people register.

As a result of this late surge, we have decided to give those everyone a few extra days to send in their membership applications.

The previously announced closing date of Friday, May 25 has now been extended to Thursday, May 31.

This extra time will allow any diamond membership applications sent to us in the next few days to reach us in time for those members to become Founding Members.

The new deadline of May 31 is the FINAL cut-off date and will not be extended any further.

Our Founding Members are, and will remain a special group.

Their main advantage is that they will automatically receive a 20% matching bonus on the matrix payment made to anyone they ever personally sponsor.

This 20% matching bonus will NOT be available to non founding members.

Non founding members will only be eligible for 5% and 10% matching bonuses, and those bonuses will be qualified for by personally sponsoring 10 and 20 members respectively.

When the website is reactivated, the description of the compensation plan will be adjusted to remove any reference to the 20% matching bonus.

So, if you have made the decision to become a founding member, you need to send in your application and payment no later than next Wednesday to guarantee that it reaches our office before May 31.

If you have decided to wait until after we actually launch and start paying bonuses before becoming a member that is perfectly fine with us as well.

We fully accept the fact that many of you are skeptical, and will wait until you are assured that we have actually delivered on our promises and paid our first bonuses to members.

The rest of this update is designed to explain what happens in both cases.

If your application reaches us before the May 31 deadline then you are a founding member.

You will keep your existing website, username and ID number.

You will be placed into the matrix based on your existing ID number.

Anyone in your existing group who also becomes a paid member will automatically be placed under you in the matrix.

We will then finalize the matrix structure and some of you will have many other members "Spill" into your matrix based on the efforts of those members above you.

If your application does NOT reach us before the May 31 deadline then you are NOT a founding member.

Your existing ID number will be removed from our database.

Your existing website and username will be allocated to the first person in your direct upline who became a founding member.

Any and all members of your current group will also be allocated to the first person in your direct upline who became a founding member.

These reallocations, once done, are not reversible under ANY circumstances

If you choose to become a member at any time in the future, you will need to go to either your current site or your sponsors site, and complete another registration form to obtain your new ID number and username.

From there you can access the application form and send it to our office. You will then be placed into the matrix in the next available position.

So by waiting, you can make sure we are legitimate before you join.

The consequence of waiting, however, is that you are permanently losing your existing website, your position in the matrix, and the sponsorship of anyone you have already sponsored.

Some final notes:

Each day we receive over 50 emails from members asking for their passwords, or telling us their passwords do not work.

BEFORE you send us one of these emails please READ the information on the log in page of your website.

Your password will ONLY work from your website, not the main club site. If you do not see your name of the log in page, then you are NOT on your site.

We are also receiving at least another 50 emails a day from members who have sent us their membership applications.

These emails are "Have you received my application" type questions. We have stated our procedures for questions of this nature over and over again in both the forum and in updates.

IF you have sent an application and 10 BUSINESS days later, have NOT been notified that you are a Paid Member, then please email us with details of when and how you sent the application.

If you have not waited the full 10 BUSINESS days, then please do NOT email us, as that email will not be answered.

NOTE: At least 25% of the paid member notification emails we send to newly paid members are bouncing back to us. If you do not receive one of the emails, but see that your back office home page now welcomes you as a Paid Member, then you do NOT need to email us as your application HAS been received and successfully processed.

Out of the over 2,000 applications we have so far processed, we have a problem with approximately only 40 of those applications.

On some of them we have received the funds but no applications. On others we have received the applications but no funds we can trace.

In ALL cases we will be contacting the members involved to sort these problems out, so please do NOT email us with "is there a problem with my application" type questions.

We also have a total of five applications from people who must think we are crazy.

While these applications were completed correctly, they contained no funds whatsoever.

Instead they had notes to the effect that while they were sending the applications to hold their position in the matrix, they would not be sending any funds until AFTER we had paid them their first bonuses.

Sorry, we are way to busy to deal with any "Game Players".

Those applications were ALL destroyed.

To sum up this update:

You now have 11 days to become a founding member.

The choice is totally yours.

This is the final update that will be sent to this list.
