Its a bit like USA and their search for weapons of mass distruction. They know its there and have prof .. RIGHT !! .. i sure hope when its all back to normal BM will get some kind og compenstaion for all the hassel and trouble he has been thru, and ofcourse us members as well.

Interesting reading, but I wonder if anyone can put a reliable time line on PIPS coming back. "IF" they do decide to prosecute that could add several more years to the process.

As for the anger towards BNM or BM, I believe it is misplaced because all this would not have happened if not for the continued push from the TalkGold instigators and other criminal elements that pushed for the investigation.

Putting anyone eles's government down while ignoring the enormous worts of our own Countries is foolish too IMHO.
As far as the U.S is concerned, the IRS, FDA, SEC, FBI, and many other 3 lettered organizations have been shown to be corrupt. So we should look who is calling the kettle black before throwing darts at another contries institutions.

Also, I must say it seems most unfair that, having badgered Marek for information, when he does come up with what appears to me to be credible facts, he is questioned on them.
Grateful's opinion that the problems stem from TG and "criminal elements(?)" is less likely to be a cause than the non-payment of many requests for funds from Pips, probably mainly from the Picpay merchants.

the Bank of Negara is ONE of the problems.

We tend to forget that there is a bunch of ANGRY GUYS who have set this all up against Bryan and that attacked him on Lotto too lately.

What will happen when Pips is back.......?

They will start again to try to stop him in anything he does.

I for one appreciate your postings on the subject.

As for my slant on the latest. It appears to me, reading between the lines,that BNM are struggling to find anything that they would "get away with" in court.They are acting like our VAT system here in the UK.Send in the in boot squad and DON'T COME AWAY EMPTY HANDED!
I knew a company that was "turned over" by the VAT and all they could come up with was an amount that wouldn't buy a cup of coffee.

If I am right lets hope common sense prevails and they back off sooner rather than later.

It is tough out there, however we are all with you. Why not get us all from all of these different countries around the world to write letters to the beurocrats and ask why it has to take so long for an investigation that in any other country would take just months.
That way they would have to answer to all of us around the world

Confirmed it's NOT a fraud otherwise it's a police case already

Confirmed probably it's a licensing case on whether it is a case of deposit-taking without a license but PIPS is a loan which complicates the case.

NB: This is my take on this: They will probably throw case out, tell PIPS to get out of country.
