Thread: BNM Short news on the investigation

Hello guys,

I haven't posted for a very very long time here but visited this thread upon Marek' email. I haven't posted until now as I considered it a waste of time and energy and seeing some of the kids here I doubted very much that we as a group can achieve anything at all.

I demanded months ago - I think even early last year - here on this very forum that we as a group do the following:

- that we join forces. Get as many Rolclub members as possible. I think getting 2,000 - 3,000 people SHOULD be possible.

- that each single one of this joined group donates $5-$10 per month for the next 3-6 months

- that we hire - depending on costs - 2-3 lawyers, at least one being Malaysian

- drive massive pressure towards BNM to speed up the case tremendously and come to an end of investigation very soon

- to unlock and release our money which legally belongs to us!

I am of the opinion, and I think most or at least many here, will agree that BNM is holding back our money for an indefinite time. In my eyes this is theft. They are stealing our money and our missed earnings of at least 1 year. It does not matter if it's a private person or a so called "entity" which employs overpaid people and uses our funds as a collateral for their own speculations and investments.

A federal authority never has plans to do any good to us normal folks! Many people are still too naive and believe everything what the authorities and their government tell. They believe every hogwash and this mirrors our very situation, not only in regard to PIPS but to our worldwide situation. No need to be a rocket scientist here to see where the world is heading to... This all happens because we let it happen! We behave like hypnotized rabbits in front of a gun, are full of anxiety and despair and are afraid to stand up, tell what we think and to fight for our rights! We let it happen that the powers to be do everything with us what they want. And they laugh at us, seeing how stupid and naive we are and they even more control, manipulate and dictate us in a sneaky way. They give us direct and indirect signs everyday in media, in products we buy, on buildings, on the streets out there of their manipulation and control over us but we don't see it and we don't wanna see it because we fear we'd have to change our view of the world, would have to change our thinking and give up old dogmas and beliefs.

Guess what?? They 100% know this! They know that fear controls everything! And look at our society today, guys! Fear controls our thinking, fear controls our behaviour, fear controls our lives, society, everything! Everywhere we go and every aspect of our lives is controlled by fear. At school they told me that when I have bad marks I won't get a decent job later. This caused fear in me and I was always under the pressure that when I get bad marks I'd be without job later, that no one will hire me and that I won't have any decent existence. At church the priest (and the "bible") tells us that when we sin (who decides what a sin is, what is right and wrong?) we'll go to a place called "hell", programming us with fear that when we do something which is not right, we'll suffer bad once our physical bodies die. Many people have so much fear of the "hell" and of dying yet they never seen hell or know what actually it is and if it exists. The doctor tells you that if you eat this or that the risk of getting a heart attack or an illness will rise by 400%! Or that if we don't take this or that medication we'll have to die etc. Again programming us with fear for our very lives. Did you know that many who get diagnosed with "cancer" or "HIV" in reality die in a short time period because of the tremendous shock (fear!) their psyche experiences and not because of the illness itself which in fact is very easy curable??

We have been fed so much lies and garbage and have been programmed with so much fear that we forgot to live our lives. We gave up our whole responsibility and our whole thinking to 3rd parties, to strangers we do not know at all! We let them to control our whole lives! We have let them go so far and use us as their slaves! It's hilarious and depressing at the same time to see how 1% of our world, a few handful of people in each country, controls 99% of the population through lies and fear!

In case you haven't woken up until now and plan to bash me I'd suggest that you take 1 or 2 days off and seriously think about what I just said.

With that all said, it is time that BNM gets some serious pressure from us. What? We have no power and can't do anything at all you say? Ok, then thanks for reading until here. Please click on the "x" at the top right corner of the browser window, take the blue pill and continue believing the world is flat.

Others may read on, finally start to think on their own and start to do something! Going back to the beginning of my thread I laid out already what we can do. We can gather together, join forces. We can move things IF we only drop our old dogmas and fear. We can organize IF we really want this!

Last year my suggestion only found little resonance. With over 17k members now I decided to give it a new try as I think the time has come that we have the capacity to join serious forces. Now do not misunderstand me, with joining forces I don't mean violence or fierce fighting and negativity into this! The difficult task for many will be to switch off emotions of revenge and anger! This won't bring us any further. This will cause that things will get even worse. We have to be more clever than BNM and I think we can do that. 17k brains should be able to think better than a few dozens at BNM, don't you think?

So what to do now?

We have to change our attitude and our thinking! That is the first step. We have to give up emotions of revenge, anger and fear! We have to start to believe that indeed we can change things.

The next step is that we organize ourselves, form a large group with everyone in boat who wants to participate, who wants to take things into her/his hands. We've been quite passive over last 12 months. The time is more than ripe that we change this. Waiting and hoping alone will not bring us any further. This way we can still wait another 2-3 years and nothing will change. It won't take another 6 months, more like 6 years or never. Do you want this to happen? No? Ok, then we have to take some action, we have to move. If we do not move, if we do not set things into action then it will stay all the same, namely nothing will move. Plain and simple. We have been indoctrinated to the bone marrow to let "others" decide for us and othes dictate our lives, other dictate what we eat and even when to breathe... "They will do that for me..." Sorry to disappoint you, they will not do that for us! We have to do it! If we do not take action then no one will!

Now don't ask me how on detail we'll accomplish this. I cannot tell you. I don't know how the malaysian or any international laws are, I don't know how far BNM can go, I don't know any of the details. I have ideas, yes, but I alone cannot change this and no one here can change this huge task on her/his own. The only way we can do it is we need to create a large dedicated think tank, create a collective conscience which is able to manifest plans and ideas, and a small core, an action group who puts our collective decision into action.

I think with 2-3k international Pipsters who contribute those relatively small sums each month and the strong will to change things should give us a good start to get this round rock rolling. The rock is already there (it has always been from the beginning) we only have to start to finally move it. Imagine what positive it will also do if you give something from your heart for the good of the whole PIPSter group! Will we fail? Maybe, and we have to seriously take that into account. But maybe we'll win. We'll never find out though if we never try!

Marek, do you think we as a group are able to organize ourselves?
We have to do it with dedication and from heart, without fear and anger. Are you mature enough for it?

I just can't see the RELEVANCE of going after an Official Legal Instuitute as Bank Negara Malaysia,,,when in fact...it's THESE GUYS who needs to be Investigated ...

Some of you seem to think this is a bank PIPS was actually dealing with - it isn't a bank in that sense, and PIPS has no account there. It is the equivelant of the Federal Reserve Bank in the US - controls the issue of the country's money, the interest rate, etc. It also performs the function of policing monatary activities such as investing (like the US SEC). It is in this capacity that it is investigating PIPS.

It is a stranger setup than you might realise, because, despite the fact that they make it look that way to the general populace, country's reserve banks are not owned or controlled by the countries. They are owned by a huge consortium of private bankers. The policing of monatary activity and investments is a national and/or state/provincial task and that makes the Malaysian setup very unusual. I don't know how it actually goes but I'm beginning to suspect that they've "farmed out" this task to their FRB and that would explain why Bryan's close ties to the Malaysian government are not helping. That part's just a guess.

The main thing is that BNM is not the kind of bank where one has accounts and PIPS had no dealings with them. Being investigated by BNM is the equivelant of being investigated by the SEC.

I couldn't agree more. Things are stuck in the system. And we allows it by either beeing blind, not taking the responsability or pure old fashioned fear.

Marek and Yogi, I need your comments on this. And the other Mods as well.

From my point of view Bryan is not cooperating with us at the moment. Silence has never been very good leadership-thinking.

The Norwegian Authorities/Embassy are in general interested in helping Norwegian abroad. Maybe other Embassies are the same? We need a lawyer or group of lawyers who can work togheter with our Authorities. At least the Embassies are someone we can visit and talk to, to find out if they want to support or not.

BNM need some legal pressure on them. It's right. It is theft what they are doing right now.

And by the way, this is our money, not Bryans. We are in every right to claim them back.

But be aware of there is NOT enough money to pay back the earnings. Even Bryan has admitted that already. What we need to do is to claim back what we invested. Then it will be enough for everyone.

So to get your money back, you need to let go of your earnings. Getting what you really payed/ivested, is far better than not getting anything at all.

And I do believe it will be a lot easier to make the Embassies cooperate if we focus on what we invested - not what we might have earned.

I think Rolclub should start to collect names, username an originally amount invested from those who want to join this. And if someone don't remember what they invested (or try to fool us), the information are still on the internet-site, wich BNM has.

So to get what really belongs to us, we need to get rid of the fear, like Micky said, but at the same time: Let go of what really doesn't belong to us (earnings), and focus on the money who really are ours, those we invested.

As long as the Malaysian Authorities thinks Pips i illigal etc etc. They will NOT give us what we have EARNED in an "illigal" system. But getting our personal invested money back, thats something quite else. Wich we are in every right to claim back.

The BIG question must be "What will happen IF they do not proxecute" ?

That is to me a BIG question :)

this is odd. gins had the license problem as well. they are Dead now because of it... But also, it at least Seems as if the "investigators" are the ones needing investigation.

that's the freedom we actually have! We can come up with many ideas and do many things.

But I agree with you, it's these guys called BNM which need be investigated and I doubt that normal citizens will be able to do this.

I think we can come up with some decent and feasible ideas, pick any of them or even combine them. However, it's to time to do something.

I agree that since our leadership is completely silent that retaining some sound legal help might at least give us some reliable inside information.
