Thread: BM's Update And How It Applies!!!

I agree with you for the most part, however, many members including myself have been waiting patiently for months now to see some sort of progress moving forward. Unfortunetly the events that have happened in the last couple of months have lead so many to be concerned with the promises that have not been kept, whether they are in Bryans control or not.
So many lights of hope are slowly being squashed out by the lack of communication from BM.
I must be one of those rare individuals that expect when someone says they will do something, they do it.
How hard would it be for BM to post SOMETHING!
Even if the message wasn't what we all wanted to hear, a courtesy message from him would have gone a long way.

Lack of Communication causes speculation. What on earth do you expect from members when they hear nothing??

Having said that, I hope that BM comes through. I still stand behind him and hope that we hear something this week!

I have to admit most likly why I joined PIP's could have been and could have very likly been greed. I don't like to say that buy yet just like the good book say's the trueth shall set you free.

My attitude has taken a extensive large turn around since I have been a PIP's member beginnin in OCT 04. I've became much more spiritual. I've became alot more willing to help others. While also, I've always had the dream and ambition to create and develop a community of people and wealth group of non selfish individuals that put others infront of their own needs. While also this community would have the ability to live in content and happy fullfilled lives. Honestly, I have to say some of the happiest people on this earth are not rich they live their complete life without ever owning a brand new car or even anything new. I've been lucky enough in my life to buy 1 new car years ago. I took accounting in school so I could learn how to manage money yet their is alot more to it other then proper book keeping. I realize that.

Even though my own life has changed dramaticly it has changed some but not much. I'm still having problems getting all the bills paid. Yet, thanks to Gods will at least my wife is doing better. My kids still don't have much but thanks to the PIP's community of members that have helped me. At least they have a bed and a roof over their head. In reality, that is all I can ask for. I'm just hoping in Gods will that it is in my destiny to keep that roof. In addition, to fullfill my dream to helping others and revamping the banking, morgage and lending industry. Stop bank greed. I wrote a 15 page paper on finance and loans in colege. My professor loved it. In addition, their was not one single student out of the 30 in my class that did not enjoy my presentation. Each student asked me 1 question. When are you going to get started. Honestly, my lending plan is so technical and ethical that it requires alot of capital to start. Yet, if I started small I would lose out to the big guys. If the Big guys did not start revamping their own lending policies into mine then they would go out of business.

Main and ethical point to my business plan. Consumers respond to incentives. So base a lending system upon that concept that gives consumers and incentive to pay their morgage. I'm talking a greater incentive other then just actually owning somthing after the balance has been paid.
Other ethical point to my business plan. The amount of bankrupties filed each year is increasing and the banks U.S banks really do not care because they have enough in reserves to keep themselves safe. Even if every exsisting loan turned bad they would still be financially strong. My business plan takes the concept and does care.
Mayby that is asking to much I do not know. Yet, any and I mean any consumer no matter what their credit rating is they could get a loan. Just the consumers with a credit rating lower then 500 would need a greater incentive then the consumer with a 800 credit rating.

If someone would like to talk to me about this without taking my plan from me let me know. I was planing on financing this endevor with my PIP's profits. Then distrubute the profits out to a community of members just in the same as PIP's is trying to do.

Yet one thing. I have realized I have to be able to help myself before I can help others.
