Bryan has gone to some considerable lengths to satisfy everyone that the program was supported by way of a license that was registered in a little known and obscure place called Anjouan for Pipsaid and that it was all approved by Bank Negara. There have been others that have stated that they have contacted the Anjouan authorities who have said they know nothing of Bryan and Sharon Marsden nor Pipsaid or HALotto.

As circumstance would have it, I had cause to be in Malaysia recently and thought while I was there I’d attempt to visit the people at Bank Negara. I was pleasantly surprised to find the chief inspector and his senior assistant, who are investigating Pips were very gracious with their time and gave what information they could, given that the investigation is still proceeding. I do not propose nor will I discuss the matters disclosed at that meeting in relation to Pips and Picpay on this forum.

I also took the opportunity to discuss HALOTTO. Both the inspector and his assistant were most surprised to learn that Mr. Marsden had started up yet another internet program and seemed to be somewhat concerned about this ‘development’. They were able to confirm that they have not been approached by Mr. Marsden about this new venture and they did not seem to be much impressed with the fact that he was back in business on the internet in this way.

They were able to confirm that they knew nothing of any Licence in Anjouan for Pipsaid or HALotto.

Needless to say they will be ‘looking into it’ and needless to say I will be staying away from it.

I have posted this on several forums purely for information purposes only and I will not enter into any dialog with anyone about this matter.

What transpired with the good ppl at BNM about PIPS and PICPAY? The person does not want to discuss it. Hey pal, BM also doesn't want to discuss it. So my point is, what information? Was it just to inform us that you've told the authorities about BM Lotto? All those paragraphs was just for nothing? Thanks alot.

One more thing, I don't support people calling the BNM but I understand your reason in doing so. BM not supplying info so call the BNM who is investigating him. If you do call or intend to call, I humbly ask of you, please don't piss them off.

To BM if you are reading this, all our eyes look to you. We invested because we believed in the ideals of PIPS.

Let me add some points to your last comment re. "not supporting" people calling BNM. Many years ago, I invested through a equity brooker selling equities (US and British stocks) in UK. The owner was based in USA, and the whole operation was situated in a prestigous office location in London. Well, the whole operation turned out to be a scam, and many investors lost huge sums, including me.
An administrator was appointed to handle the bankrupcy (scam) and the court in London wrote a long letter to all investors that lost their money. The court actually encouraged the investors to come forward and write them a letter describing how they were contacted by the brooker, the storeis being told to the investors and the experience we had with the management during the period we dealt with them. This would give them a better picture of how the scam operation worked!
Unfortunately the investors lost all their money, but the top management (british) were jailed. The top guy (american) fled and I am not sure if he was ever caught!
Then my question is: How do you know if Bank Negara is not interested in talking to PIPS members?

Secondly, perhaps BN actually want to meet and talk to members in order to learn more about how the PIPS operation worked?

I'm just curious: You don't want to disclose any information regarding PIPS and PicPay, but you're willing to mention what BN said to you about HA Lotto? Why is that?

I know you read the forums. Now would be a good time to post a short message about the topics discussed in this thread. Once again there is a ton of negativity going around. This seems to be a pattern. One week the threads are postivie and then the next week it turns into what we have here. I feel this will be the case until we get "official" news.

Bryan will post when he has something to post...People are responsible for their own reactions to positives or negatives. They should not look for anyone else to "perk them up" or "calm them down". I can guarantee you that those that choose to be negative won't be silenced by any single post from Bryan. Everyone needs to look "within" and solve their own emotional crisis'.

Dont let your disappointments get the better of you. Handle yourself when things dont work out to your timescale.
