Cyber 101 is absolutely correct. Bank Negara had no knowledge of the HA Lotto caper until recently. Just chalk it up to another of Marsden's joustings with the truth.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the chief inspector and his senior assistant, who are investigating Pips were very gracious with their time and gave what information they could, given that the investigation is still proceeding. I do not propose nor will I discuss the matters disclosed at that meeting in relation to Pips and Picpay on this forum.

I also took the opportunity to discuss HALOTTO. Both the inspector and his assistant were most surprised to learn that Mr. Marsden had started up yet another internet program and seemed to be somewhat concerned about this ‘development’. They were able to confirm that they have not been approached by Mr. Marsden about this new venture and they did not seem to be much impressed with the fact that he was back in business on the internet in this way.

They were able to confirm that they knew nothing of any Licence in Anjouan for Pipsaid or HALotto.

Needless to say they will be ‘looking into it’ and needless to say I will be staying away from it.

I have posted this on several forums purely for information purposes only and I will not enter into any dialog with anyone about this matter.

I just think that the story is untrue and about BM being completely innocent of any wrong doing, that's for BNM to figure out. You can believe Cyber 101 for all I care. I prefer to hear my news from either the papers, BNM or BM for good or bad. If I am wrong, I have the guts to say so! Quote me on that!

The BN handling of the PI INc and everything thus far related with Bryan is ongoing... nothing more is the truth and all else is, put mildly, a creative version of egoistic viewpoints exchanged ...but keep the spice from being thrown at each other...it gets to become less constructive and far from intelligible!

I will simply "snip-snip" without reference as to why or what without given reasons and your post would look very much splintered that further comprehension of your message qualifies a total deletion soon after...as from here on, Count on it!
