Michaelr brings up a point of money management. WHO was the money manager or WHO had control of the funds (all on the list, please. BM is one. Any others???)

Remember, potentially you have (in addition to member money) literally millions walking in the door each month.

Not pointing fingers. Others are. What I am getting at is what some have alluded to - BM wasn't the only one who had access. But, I suppose you are right. Suffice it to say that there were those who had responsibility and access to member/merchant funds, going both ways.

I really think you guys/gals are doing a great job in breaking down the history and events that took place in PIPS and it would be great if BM can come here in and coment on some things or put his notes with yours and put some of our minds at ease.
Thank you all for this great thread and I've been in PIPs since May of 05 and I'm learning new things from this thread things that no one was alowed to say on the old PIPs forum if you know what I mean.

We will begin to address the "fraud" issues next week. Needless to say, we will start with the period when BM had his eGold account hacked, as Mia referred to earlier in this thread. I think it very important to understand that money makes people do things you wouldn't expect. It is one reason that I have maintained from the beginning that if things were as bad as -they- say they are, and the money isn't, never was, never will be there, then why are so many chasing after it?

Also, there was another program ready to be put in place whereas you could lend $1MM and get $6MM in return 12 months later.......plus others. Each one dependant on the success of the WHOLE program. BM had several companies, several avenues, several opportunities, all for the benefit of the Needy first, and then the members By all accounts, this was tripped up from inside, but it remains to be seen how and why.................
