If Vat does come on line soon (this month) what makes everyone think that we are going to all get caught up immediately? I would imagine that they will batch out payments to VAT like they did before.... which means only xxx number of wds will be paid in any given week. I can't imagine BM all of a sudden dumping $100million dollars into Vat so everyone could get caught up....it just won't happen IMHO. More like a steady trickle being leaked into the system for a while until they can finally get all of their supply problems with the banks fixed. This would be a ____________ improvement over what it has been like for the last several months thereby keeping within the stated objective if you know what I mean.... IMHO.
