Because maybe....just maybe....there was a vision and chance of being a part of "the movers and the shakers" once in our life!

    I still have that vision.

Because PIPS would generate the money to give away...
so a SMALL donation (the money put into Pips) would be kind of STUPID to give away to an existing charity...as the PIPS Machine would leverage that money so you could give away THAT money to many more charities...

    Toefl,

I suggest that you re-read my postings AND STOP jumping to conclusions of what I said or what my Intent is...

I simply answered that I'M not in this for the money...
How you can turn that into anything else is beyond my understanding...
DON'T INTERPRET my simple statements to mean anything else than what is actually written in my posts...

DON'T imply that I'm making fun out of people when I don't...

RE-READ my posts if you don't understand the above..

    Regards

    Largo

    Largo,

You are using the money to buy commodities for you and others (if available).

Other members need the money to get out of the debts, to save their houses, to pay medical bills or to put food on the table (I am sure they if any surplus left they will help others too).

Either you or these members are here for the money, just the priorities are different.

What we need here is a Jump-To-Conclusions-Mat. Man this could be a hit. If only I had the right investors....

If the above is the reason for OTHERS...how could they afford to invest in the first place...

    example given;

"Hey...I'm in huge debts....let's see I INVEST some money that I can't afford and MAYBE this will take care of my debts..."

    NOT a smart move IMHO...

"Hey...I need to save my house....I better invest in som HYIP...then maybe I'll handle it..."

    OR....

"Hey...I have to pay my medical bills...why don't I invest in this program with money I can't afford to invest...and maybe all will work out fine..."

    OR...

"Hey...I'm hungry...and the kids are hungry...let's see...I invest some money INSTEAD OF BUYING FOOD...maybe then we can afford to buy some food.."

    All I can say is....

    Get Real Man...this is ridiculous...

    What's the problem...?

Can't you stand that I'm NOT in this for the money...or what...?

    Regards

Largo, very good point. It makes a big sense what you are saying.

I also do not understand way some people handle their finances.

I invested on bases as lost, not relying on any return. If comes positive than is ok, if not than is still ok. That is how every normal person should do with any investment.

    Largo,

It's not ridiculous or unreal the fact that people in financial trouble invested in PIPS. In disperate situations people are taking chances and trying things they never cosidered before. You'll be surprised to know that the most investors in PIPS are probabil people in financial need.

I agree way2go, largo is missing the point. Bryan"s Idea was to help the less fortunate, help them have a better way of life , thus started the 2% , in the begining you only needed 25.00 signup and it was available to all. He took money from strugging familys and promise them a bright future. At the hawaii convention he said our money was invested in soild companys and back by aussi gold, It calmmed everbodys fears, but only for a short time, the withdrawal backlog grew everyday aprox 100 million then, He knew pips was in trouble, so did Gary, but he let people keep sigining up, he also let the merchants deliver goods to the members ,knowing that he couldn"t pay them. Well you know the rest of the story,I think BNM did the right thing for stepping in,Those who belive that Bryan is going to pay members on his own are fooling themselves, Did he every say that from his portion of the lotto money he would start pay members and merchants , to show good faith ?
