You are exactly correct. I just want to add that this is a generic legal statement made by the bank. The use of "still" and "relvant authorties" does not indicate anything negative or postive about PIPS. I say this only to prevent any overanalyzing of there website post.

With such a large amount of money at risk and in question, you think that the authorities in Malaysia could at least indicate where they are with their investigation and post an update for the sake of international relations. This does not look good for their international trade! They could at least post what the complaint and investigation is concerning and what they are questioning?

#1, Jac, is that according to the "facts", there is no money (sic) and #2, we're talking government and politics, here. You don't really think that they are going to be forthright, and completely candid, do you? Even when this is over, I don't think you'll get the whole story (from them).

Stay grounded, don't get caught up in the hype.
