Hopefully even in the worst case scenario BN would take the remaining funds and distribute it to the members according to their investment amounts. Not that I wouldn't rather just have Pips back, but looking for something hopeful.

Just a thought
Hello.
Sorry , I don't post that often, but IMO I think this statement from the bank is actually good news, if it had been a scam etc I think the bank would have found this out months ago, when or how pips comes back, I have no idea but perhaps things are'nt that bad after all.

Gimme a break... do these guys even know who, how or what they're investigating? I keep imagining these incompetant folks sitting around with a bunch of seized computer equipment in a back room collecting dust--with no clue of what to do with any of it.
I think it's all crap.

What that did was make the bank investigate and raise questions in all other areas of pips, picpay etc etc..... and the investigation of all these areas will take a long long time. It’s just the way it is.
Quote from BNM "received a number of inquiries regarding Pure Investor.Com Inc., PIPS Inc., and its related companies."
If you read their site you will see the bank have loads of other investigations going on that are years and years old from many different types of industries, MLM etc... , This is normal practice by a bank that believes something maybe going on that is not above board and that is taking money from people illegally. They have to investigate and be sure for their own banks/country ethics, that businesses are trading accordingly to the law of the land and bank community. Hence lots of dissatisfied pipsters calling bank, - now investigation.
Although it is frustrating that we find ourselves here today, the good news when this is all over, (I believe its sometime to go yet maybe year or two before pips is back on its feet) Pips will have a clean bill of health and will have the approval BNM for trade.
