Of course the companies work together, but it has been stated many times, that they are two separate companies. When the funds show up in my PICpay account, they are no longer PIPS funds.
If PIPS is not ready or able to pay the funds, they should be pending as a transfer to PICpay until such time that they can be transferred to my PICpay and I am able to withdrawal them in the period of time stipulated on the website, which I agreed to when opening an account, which is apparently as good as a signature (according to some).

Yes - P*PS and P*CPAY even share the same offices. I have talked with numerous people that have visited in the last 2 months. Estimated totals of something like 30 - 35 employees for the whole operation. Only 4-5 people answering phones. hmmmmmm...
Most of us would be appeased with some better communication - so if that means more phone lines or a couple of more people on board I'm sure that would be very much appreciated by those of us waiting.

Bang on,panama.
The risk of loss is eliminated, supposedly, the second funds hit Picpay. That's the mindset we ALL need to adopt;maybe that's why we haven't gotten our wd's because most of us still think our funds are at risk, even after they've hit our Picpay accts, which is,all things being equal,FALSE.
Maybe them's the negative vibes WE are sending out;it's time for a change.

I agree, beagle:if staff shortage is causing all this grief, more should be hired/trained.It's simply just that complicated,I think.
