Only Bryan knows the answer to this but he won't tell.
So how do we get answers to this without a lawyer?

    Question What should we do?.....

    Marek,

Your question rings loud and clear but it doesn't appear there are any way near enough folks inputting their views to be considered the view of the membership at large. (As you stated before we probably have as many opinions as we do members.) In light of that I think we need to back out and do what we do best - wait - patiently or otherwise. If we can't wait it out, then we need to get on with something else or just hang it up altogether.

Look here labile forum members; the time for some issues on BM or BON is premature by now - because the investigation is not ended.
If the outcome of the case is bad - then we have lift the issue to next level. Now we do not know so we can not proseed with anything.

    Lightbulb Use an Embassy Represenative?

Dear Marek, Thankyou again for trying to get info for us all. It is sad that in doing so we have made BM angry as I really beleive he is doing all he can and is probably very run down and tired and stressed as we all are.

Firstly, I would like to state that I do not think sending a lawyer to Mal.
is a good idea, and will only make things worse. However after reading some pipsters posts, a thought came to mind, which may get us some official info. without being too interferring and possibly holding things up.

I seem to recall that when the person from the Swedish Embassy got their info back they said that any country's embassy could do the same.

Perhaps one of you who is not angry but just wants some real info could contact their embassy in Mal. and ask them to find out on our behalf.
Apparantly they have to act, if we ask in the proper manner.

If someone decides to do that, let us know on this forum, so we dont all bombarde our respected embassies and in turn, the bank ends up with many
Different countries officials annoying them and holding things up even more.

I feel we could get at least some official info. as you wouldn't think they would lie to another countries ambassador as easily as they would to one of us, just phoning in.

Just a suggestion. Keep Positive everyone. God Bless. Worshipgirl

How do you think we can unite? if possible.
What is acceptable and not acceptable?

Let me here your thoughts. Please try to make points, insted of a free and large texts.

    Regards

    Marek

    Hi Marek,

First I would like to get some clarification to what you mean by your question.

    1) Do you mean how can we unite in ACTION and DO something?
    Or
    2) Do you mean how can we unite so that people CO-EXIST PEACEFULLY rather than beating each other up in the discussions/threads in the forum?

From the responses I've seen in this thread it seems that people tend to interpret your question as to how we can unite in action and do something together.
To me that seems impossible, but I think it's possible to co-exist peacefully even though we don't all agree with each other.

How? The only way I know is by accepting that we disagree. That allows us to treat each other with respect. As far as I know, no one in the history of the world has ever been able to really convince or get rid of those who disagree with them, so trying to seems to be a lost cause. Never, to my knowledge, have everyone agreed on something.
One simple thing is to start to say what you think in terms of that it is a belief you hold and not an ultimate truth. Instead of claiming to know "how it is" it helps to say that it "seems like this" to me. Then you may still be "right" in your views without taking the "right" from others.

It's like there are two polarities here at the forum. If there's a way to "merge" everyone from those two polarities mentally and spiritually that would be great 'cause it would allow everyone to get real insight into the world of the other from their own perspective. To accept the world of the other. (Besides, it would be a spectacular "short-circuit" fireworks show! )

    Peace

Don't jump the gun or send anyone yet! Organization and collecting data is a must! Remember, we are dealing with limited resources. Let's make it count.

How many support the idea of hiring a lawyer?
How many support sending a rep tp malaysia?
How many wants to sit and wait?

Knowing where the members stand, if we proceed to research for a lawyer that will take up our cause and know what to do.

    and so forth!

How about we start at basics. Have two threds. One that is "Positive to pips"
One, "No hope for pips". Then each member can bump the thread according to
their own thoughts. At least then the positive bumps can get on and think of
something constructive, and the others can brood, or do whatever it is that they do. At the least we will know where we stand our selves. No offense to
the "no hope for pips" bumpers. I just unfairly lost my job, had just managed to
get some money, now storm pay has put an end to that, never got a cent from
pips, have been avicted, watch my house burn down, (somebody stuffed the
insurance), lost our propert, lost my father at age 2, and etc etc etc.

But i am for "Positive/hope for pips".

    Hi
There are some suggestions of a representative going to Malaysia to act on our behalf. I beleive this to be a great idea. However for the representative to talk to the Bank I believe would be fruitless, they simply won't give any information due to legal reasons (well that's what I believe anyway). But if the representative was to be able to meet up with Bryan for a one on one lunch would seem to me to be the way to go. I'm am happy to put myself on the chopping block and go to Malaysia. I can assure I would not be doing this just to have a look at the sights and sounds of Malaysia as I have Rhumatoid Athritis and a 7 Hour flight from Australia to Malaysia is certainly not going to be a comfortable trip for me. Since getting Rhumatoid I have been unable to work and Pips was going to be my way of getting out of the desperate financial situation I am now in. I am not a Lawyer....however I used to be a Television Producer/Journalist. I am happy to ask any questions that are asked of me of my past working history all that can be backed up by strong references. I look forward to further discussion on this matter.

Bryan said he was handling it and I don't think we need to stir up the pot any more. All we can do is wait for the investigation to be over and go from there.

I think we can be hep to the posters who are just trying to incite. Really look at some of these posts. Some try to reason with your sensibilities and are just trying to pull you in to their ploys.. Water that might be an interesting idea to try....

There are a lot of people here trying to cause trouble you know? That takes away from us uniting and keeping things constructive and on track.
