I think BM should come here and tell us if it's ok to get us a lawyer to help his lawyer with getting our money or we'll just get us a lawyer to go after BNM and get our funds

We don't even know if there is a lawyer working with BN in behalf of PIPS. I asked this question in "Questions for BM" thread and he said he can't comment.

I am the admin of rolclub, and beeing that i can not accept any such resposibilities like gathering money bla bla bla... Sorry.


If there would be a majority of Rolclub that wants to hire lawyers, we will do something about it at that point in time. But i am sorry, i can neither go to malaysia ( because of my studies, nor can i gather any kind of money for anything, as i would not like that kind of attention.)

I hope you understand why i cant.

well I guess we should get our own lawyer. like I said I'll donate 100.00 to this and I don't have much but I'm willing to gamble on this as last option either make it or brake it

way2go is right. We should first try to get in contact with the
lawyer representing Bryan and or pips.
If we can verify that ,then at least we can make some decisions
from there.
In a way he would be representing all of the pips members so I feel
this is a place to at least start.

I agree. We all are in the same boat as BM...He has to wait on BoN and so do we. It's obvious that no one involved in the investigation is going anywhere. If Bryan or anyone were going to "disappear", they would have already done it (kind of like some who were involved early on have "disappeared"). I think a group as large as ours here at ROLClub would more than likely cause more harm than good; the axiom about a blind elephant in a china shop comes to mind. Let's keep the lines of communication open and try to keep things polite/positive. If we focus on things other than Pips, for a while, it won't seem long before it will all be resolved.

How about we hire an independant 3rd party to represent us.We could hire an international lawyer who has no ties to pips, Bm,Bon, or rolclub.We could setup with them to take the donations and place them in trust so that we know the money is being used properly.This would go along way to dealing with the obvious mistrust by some members.

This is totally inappropriate...There are legal reasons why the "pooling" of funds is a very bad idea. Watch your step and don't make things personal...EW

Before we even considering to hire a lawyer we should know for sure if our PIPS and PicPay money were real or just numbers on computer screen. "Does the money exists?" is another questons Bryan avoided to answer, and I also understand that this is one of the aspects that BN is trying to figure out.

Only Bryan knows the answer to this but he won't tell.
