And if it is judged as a bank, how many years do you think he will get for that? And will they take all the money we have in PicPay? Is it theirs to take?

    Exactly,

If Malaysian laws are anything like US laws, then BN can call Picpay anything they want, if bank fits, so be it, it is up to Bryan to prove otherwise, which is impossible when they have all your assets frozen. If you cannot even afford legal council, which is usually the case, they squeeze you out of business by default, it is cheaper and much faster that way whether you are proven guilty or not, makes no difference, business and assets are all used up by government who fund investigation on OUR loans.

    Good luck to all, Mike

If all this is true what happens to our picpay funds will be the 64,000 dollar
    question.

    Unhappy

    Hi.

If I remember correctly, during the PIPS Heydays, PICPAY was always described as a Payment Gateway, NOT a Bank.

    Cheers.

I would like to add to the above that picpay took deposits.Bryan always maintained money in picpay was good as cash and backed by gold.

So in one sense it was a processor, but as OICU812 says, it may well be a bank under Malaysian law because it processed actual cash and took deposits.

    Wish it still was

Exactly as GreenZap, Neteller, PayPal and other similiar PAYMENT PROSESSORS ;) They're still just Payment Prosessors and not banks! Or am I wrong?

    have a nice day!
