....there is in most business relations some contractual issues that releases to and/or terminates the contract if there between two parties is a breach of an obligation under the Agreement!....and it is not rocket science to me that PIPS failed to fullfill their part of the Agreement.
The same principal relates to the Agreement between PIPS and the membership,....PIPS failed to pay its members the promised ROL!....and thereby is in breach of the Agreement.
