Thread: Why Hasn't Brian Started his Own Web site?

I have been accused by a few here of being "negative" and it is usually when I ask questions or make a comment regarding the poor communication since the day I invested, which I personally feel led to the raid and subsequent investigation. Being told that .."we won't be starting from scratch" does not tell us if our original investment is secure, if our ROL is/was running and secure, whether it will be returned in full as soon as the investigation is over, etc. These are not inflammatory questions, and I am not going to accept that these specific questions cannot be answered by Bryan or his attorneys. If Bryan wants to start a lottery, fine. Not giving every dime back to the investors who were never able to get a penny out, BEFORE giving to charity is unfair, not with the amout of needy pipsters that we have. If someone loaned me money and I gave them every reason to believe I would pay them back, then turned around and gave it to a homeless shelter without paying them back first, does that make me a good person? For that matter, who then is really the humanitarian?
Style has his way of comminicating. He has never, ever called Bryan a sca****. He calls it as he sees it, and empowers many of us to speak out more, because he does make everyone think, and he has my respect for that, and the respect of many others. He didn't "cause" good pipsters to become "bad", -We are not little serfs who bow to the king. We invested , we have waited, and now we must be given meaningful, official information, because the way it is being done is not enough anymore. Is our money secured or not? That is NOT going to jeopardize any investigation, or whatever the heck is going on now. For those who are satisfied with the current status quo, that is fine, nobody is telling you to feel or do differently.
But the rest of us, all of us, are entitled to know. Bryan, is the money we invested, especially the thousands and thousands of pipsters who could never get a withdrawal--is that money secure, and will we see it soon?

As I read in a post above, "this forum is suppose to be for good Pipsters that are same minded"....so what is a good Pipster?.....my reflection is that a GOOD Pipster is a member that is fighting for his or her opinion whether he or she is right or wrong!....a cult attitude and behavour, and again it is nothing wrong with that....except that some of us (non cult members) do have a problem with such wishful thinking!

My problem is to understand members that are acting and having very strong opinions, based on their dreams, wishes, feelings, BELIEFS, financial needs, community feelings, and unfortunately not based on facts;.... like "PIPS versus what is the norm in the financial investment community", and the simple fact that "PIPS is at payment default exceeding more than ONE year". Funds being frozen is a serious threat to survival of any company and especially a financial institution. My personal opinion is that BN would not have frozen PIPS or picpay funds unless there are some very good reasons, and I hope that we will all soon know!

we need to be gracious, and cautious, when posting our 'perspective / opinions' or they come across as offensive and insulting....
I think it takes constant monitoring on our own part... each of us.

All I know is weather we're a troll or a pips supporters we need to know
1. when pips will be back?
2. was our money safe in pips or picpay?
3. when will we get our money?
4. how long is this going to take?

there is a lot of people hurtung because of pips and I'm one of them. I didn't invest more than I can lose at the time but I didn't get my money as promised and times are different now some of us lost our jobs, money in other investments, medical bills, or a death of a loved one.
I guess what it comes down to is the 4 pointes I mentioned above and the answer is only by BM and BN.

Two things style;

The ONLY reason Bryan would have for keeping his mouth shut is if he has something to hide or he is simply playing the "power and control" game.
You see most of you just set back and take whatever he says as the gospel truth and never do any research for yourselves. Try it.........call an attorney and ask. See what they tell you and then come back here and post it. I bet it will be something along these lines:

1) The investigators would not and could not tell him to keep his mouth shut. In fact they would want him to talk to possibly incriminate himself
2) If his attorney has told him to keep his mouth shut then it is because the attorney feels like he might say say something to incriminate himself (but how could he if it is all legit)
3) He is keeping his mouth shut because of his own choice, no other reason. Which if this is the case then he is being dishonest with us and is merely excercising his "control".

and for those that feel differently, try reading the messages
in the manner they are intended, not the manner in which

Before you leave us, (which I hope you don't, but I understand if you do)since we are not allowed to have private mail anymore, could you let me know somehow the other programs that are paying well for you. I just moved my 76 year old father -in-law in with us and sure could use a little extra about now.
