Thread: Visa Gift Card

I ordered a $1000 Visa gift card from the merchant "the gift card gallary" on June 26. I went to the link listed there with the terms for the card so I could send an email to see how long the wait would be and I got a response that the cards are only available at the bank branches and they didnt know anything about being on the merchant area. I am very confused, did I get ripped off??? or are the cards sold 3rd party so the bank wouldnt know about it??. Does anyone know how long the wait usually is??? My purchase in picpay still says pending.

merchants simply buy the card from banks or visa etc and sell it back for a profit. you did not get ripped off. If you ordered on june 26th, it'll take a while to get it.
