If you have no info - why try to illude us with your ideas? The fact is still out there in the "blue" - and you may not have realiced that - YET!

It is called "HOPE", ole. There is no secret information behind it; only the reassurances of Bryan and others on this forum. All will be answered in its own time...

Based upon the definition(s) of risk, how were you (or any of us) "supposed to" to get a particular return or "promised" a particular return? The words I quoted don't fit with the work "risk". The words "could" or "possibly" do, but not "supposed to" or "promised".

The sad thing is that there are entirely too many people on here that believe they were "supposed to" or were "promised". If you go to a stock broker and put your money with them, they aren't going to promise/guarantee you a thing except that they are "trying" to increase your stake. Many of these same people are the ones that ended up causing the eventual seizure and ceasing of operations because of their complaints (to various authorities) that they didn't get what they felt they were "supposed to" get or "promised" to get when, in actuality, they were only told that it was a "risk" but that they "could" get the returns illustrated (if things went well).

You are way off base. Risk is what may happen in the market that would cause us not to get our return and possiblly lose our investment. Risk is not that some Bank is going to close you down and investigate your activities. I have said this before, if BN has frozen the accounts and BM is under investigation that is fine. When the investigation is over with so is the freeze on the accounts. BM then has the money and the abiltiy to provide us our funds. They can only abscond the money if it is illegal. So BM is it?

The final outcome of the investigation may very well lead to the same thing
for the management of Pips.

Pippyman was not comparing the two to imply wrongdoing by Bryan/Pips. His comparison was about how everyone thought Enron was a "guaranteed" return and a "no way to lose" investment. Enron ended up destroying many lives and careers and won't "be back". Pips will be back in one form or another.

Risk is risk, period. In this case the risk became reality due to insiders and outsiders filing complaints with the various banks and authorities. This came about by the delay in payments that was caused by HSBC pulling itself out of Pips money-line. They closed Pips accounts due to people saying Pips was a scam EVEN THOUGH PEOPLE WERE GETTING PAID. This happened just as membership and withdraws were "ramping up" which exacerbated the problem and caused even more complaints.

All of this has been discussed and poured over many times; you obviously just don't want to see it. As far as the Pips funds being absconded with, it's not going to happen. Bryan has said we would not lose out...Why not wait a little longer for the answers he has promised? Once he can get everyone's account info back and determine who is owed what I think that everyone will get their due. Go back and study if you haven't been able to find the information I have related to you; it's all right here on this very forum.

Everwiser, Thank you for making a response to Ole Mats' criticism of my earlier post. I really was a little surprised by his evaluation of my comments. He said, in part, and I quote him exactly as he said: "Do you sit with some info we others do not yet know of? If you have no info - why try to illude us with your ideas?" ...... What I said was "....I'm convinced Pips is coming back and sometime this year......." and yes it was, as you said, a statementof HOPE. But it was based on what Bryan himself has said in some of his relatively recent posts and not some unfounded thought born from a lonely seed in my brain. Thanks again
