The license seems to be in pipsaid name, so that must clear up this little misunderstanding.

I'm the one who started this thread and I do thank everyone including Bm for thaking the time and answering my question. All I wanted was an answer I didn't want you good people to fight. Style and Newlife I'm glad both of you are with us pipsters not against us but I would like to say to both of you no matter how much you diagree on things about PIPS if it true and legit it will be back no matter how much you defend it or bash it so please we are all on the same boat some of us need PIPS now (like me) and some can site and wait as long as it takes.
in the end I would like to thank you both for the great job you're doing on this forum and others good luck to every PIPSTER out there and good luck to BM in bringing our baby back to us it's not just BM's baby now but ours also after all the stuff that happened and the suffering we encountered.
Wish you all the best of luck and BM keep up the good work and bring our PIPS back and we will be in debt to you forever.

First of all, I, will admit that I was wrong about m99...............but some of you really need to calm down on the, "if they dont agree with you they are a troll", thing. Because that certainly isnt true. I might have been wrong about m99, but I have seen many more called a troll on here that werent. so lets just give some folks the benefit of the doubt sometimes please. Everybody is anxious and frustrated. This whole charade has taken a huge a toll on everybody. Then on top of that you have the so called "in the knows" telling people how things are going to work and when PIPS is coming back and spreading allof the "so called" good news.............that doesnt happen like they said and then that raises the frustration level 10 times what it was. The whole "VERY Merry Christmas" thing REALLY CRUSHED a lot of peoples spirits. If you want my opinion I think those spreading false hope and claiming that they "know" everything just to look important to the others are AT LEAST as bad as the people who you guys call trolls............maybe even worse.

Thanks to everybody for their input and opinions on this matter. Bryan has answered, (which I think is apositive in itself because we get VERY FEW,if any,answers to most of our questions) I think where the lotto is concerned, that each person has to make their own decision as to whether to participate. Nobody else can make that decision for you. And just be honest, most of you that have made your minds up to participate will do so EVEN if it wasnt licensed, and those of us that have made our minds up not to participate wont participate either way............so the licensing part is really a mute point.
