You would ask if the picture is real or something else that shows that you believe the picture is fake. now the question that begs answering is this...."how did you get a reply/letter so fast?"

you posting the wrong links shows either 2 things.
1. you havent done accurate DD as well as you thought, and your argument is starting crumble..
or
2. your purpose was to plant doubt in the members here and posted a "halfed" link to make yourself seem like you have proof of something and hoped that no one would check into it but just take it for your word.

Before you write to any Minister, maybe u should ask for the correct company,
not Pips inc, but PIPSAID

like it says on halottos website:

you must understand ...his purpose is not to provide any proof...his intent is to cause doubt in Pipsters only. He will throw anything out there and hope that you dont really read it....just like that...he wanted you to look at that and think about the lotto ...not Pips. He probaly asked about the lotto at first and they told him that it was there...but he wont show that....so he asked for PIPS knowing that they would say "none" and thats what he is showing

That request was done by Owen Platt. Guy that is working so hard to hurt Pips.

He posted above letter ( meaning nothing) on Hyipdescussion and TG Forum.

Frodo, you are right, it was asked wrong question by Owen in first place.

I did answer to him at Hyipdescussion Forum.

Guy is lost soul and is loosing ground on any level that is trying to hurt Pips and Bryan.

Member99 is one of his followers.

Owen Platt's still around? Not heard his name mentioned for a while. Hope Bryan takes him to the cleaners when we're back up and running.

Yes I understand he is there to place doubt,
normally I never talk to these kind of ppl,
and I am not going in to an argument with him,
but just wanted to point out the obvious in this
last post of him.

I've been with pips since sept 03 and have
met Mr. Bryan a lot of times, as well as many
of my friends have.
