The funds were put into the 2% program while waiting for the 3% to start. I believe I still have a copy of the e-mail where they told us this. It was an option and we had to tell them one way or the other what we wanted to do.

Azmia: Not everyone got to hear Bryan in Las Vegas and if this is the case, then he should have made it clear, with rules, before people went ahead and sent in their money to be approved by Gary Nichol. Or, was he just waiting to see how far things would go, like he has done before???

I am sick and tired of people trying to blame others for everything...it is about time that someone took responsibility for this whole mess. Anyone want to step up to the plate???

I also heard the same conversation in Las Vegas - along with 499 others and I have the DVD to remind me whenever I need reminding. I also saw the pleas on the old Pips forum 'not to do it'....but they did. More and more groups (DBR isn't the only one) and their monies were collected by the various group leaders and PUT INTO A 2% PIPS FUND where they remain to this day, since the refunds to each Pipsters account was never done. Management had to refund the 5YTP and Merchant Accounts first, which they were doing, up till the arrival of BN.

The big mistake in this whole thing was to give people the news of the possibility of the system ahead of time, and the other was to take money from non-Pipsters. Step up to the plate? How about we all face the fact that we are all responsable for our own actions and we took the decision (or not) to invest with Pips and then with one of these groups of our own free will. Personally, I gifted my account back to Eric so if he could make it work, he would have a little more for that hospital that he wanted to donate to sick children and if he couldn't - well, it was one thing less for him to worry about.

I doubt that Bryan is even aware of how many groups there are - since not all the leaders for sure went to present their credentials like DBR.
