Thread: Question for the folks who participated in the DBR Synergistic pools...

Obviously, by reading Bryan's comment on DBR, he has taken the 'DBR was a separate entity from PIPS' route, even though most of us know that our pooled funds were placed into PicPay through Gary Nichols while he was still a PIPS employee. It was placed there for inclusion in the 3% Program for when it launched....but it never launched. Eric from DBR even has a receipt showing this.. but, no one at PIPS is fessing up to what happened to the funds....

So... what do you folks think our next step should be?

I believe the next step is to sit back and wait for the investigation to be over. Obviously since the funds have been placed in PIPS/PicPay pending the 3% program launch there is no way to access the pooled funds just like as own personal accounts. No access and no way of withdrawing at present.

I guess I don't understand. DBR opened a 2% pool account waiting to be in line for the 3% to launch, so where are the monies? ..... In a 2% Pips account, under investigation like the rest of the Pips members accounts.

What next step is there except to wait for the investigation to be over?

I do feel that it is extremely unfair of DBR members to hold Eric responsible and accountable for a situation which is beyond his control in many respects, he did not set out on this venture to see it end badly and the story isn't over yet.

Totally unfair to blame thumper.He had discussed this 3% pool from day one with Gary who gave him the go ahead.I believe this was on the pips forum for over 4 months prior to the kick off date of Dec 2004.Obviously it never got started for reasons known only to Bryan.

Funds are still in PICPAY so nothing can be done by anybody at present.

DBR is as much at the mercy of BN as we are right now. All the money DBR had to invest is now locked up with the rest of our money. Only BN can change that now. What can we do?!

Hey Folks I had 4grand invested in DBR , But I did so with my eyes wide open to thefact that it was not under PIPS or BM. So I would gladly donate what amounts to 4 days ROL on my Pips accts to see this investigation over and PIPS back on line. So I say lets just wait and see. (Just my two cents)

yes i believe this money is in the 2% program so if all goes well those of us who invested also here will have a nice nest egg!!!
but at this point there is nothing we can do but wait...
