    Hi Bryan!
    I must be 1 of 10.

I won $791.4 at 16 of july and I made a withdrawn. After 2 week I called the office and asked how long time it take to get the wd, the answer they gave me was that it was a lot of payouts and I have to wait for my turn. So I assume that it must be many more payouts because there was more people that was winning after I did.
I´m still waiting for the payout.
I liked the pipsaid and i will continued to play it.

    Good luck to all, Mike

Mike - Have I been seeing a different "you" lately? There needs to be a voice of reason here and I had always respected yours before. Here is another case in point where there are a number of inaccuracies. BM states that the lotto is licensed (http://www.rolclub.com/showthread.ph...852#post42852), yet your site posted states no new licenses issued. Additionally, BM has already editted his post above where he previously stated that (paraphrased - prior to the edit) the internet is international, it really doesn't matter.

This smacks in the face of comments such as "were in Malaysia, what can they do to us?"... Well, we all saw what could happen... It may not have effected him as much as it affected those that had nothing but were hoping for something. These people believed what they were told and assumed all was safe and are now spending thousands on legal defense. Others have posted here requesting help and their posts have been deleted and banned.

You provided the first warning on the C&D's and people ignored them. Are you now taking a different approach? (Is that I pom-pom at your side waiting to be waived? I don't think so, but I'm beginning to wonder. Level headed Reason, Mike - level headed Reason.)

Do your research. You're the research master. Is there such as thing as an International Lottery license that is recognized by all govt's? You know the answer to that.

Check here... http://www.gao.gov/new.items/d0389.pdf scroll down to pages 45 through 50 and read the details of Lotteries in Australia, UK, Canada and Hong Kong. In the US, there is still speculation on the translation of the law, but who want's to afford it to actually get a determination on the law. The State of Washington is pretty clear in their answer... http://www.wsgc.wa.gov/FAQ/InternetGamblingFAQ.htm

"Can we sell and/or purchase raffle or lottery tickets online in Washington State?
No; lottery tickets may only be purchased from licensees of the Lottery Commission. Citizens of other states should check with their local gambling and/or lottery regulatory agency. Additionally, online or Internet raffle and lottery activities are prohibited by the Federal Wire Wager Act. "

Mike, you know as well as I do that the same people that started the attention campaign which brought on the various C&D's will do it again here, and participants as well as promotors will come under scrutiny. Can the people here afford these battles? NO!

Funds were being raised for BM's defense when we should have been raising funds for those that need legal defense at home who did something out of total innocence because they simply trusted what someone told them.

This will probably be my last post here as well since Marek is doing everything he can to protect his/her interests. (No offense Marek - I've never paid attention to know your gender.)

Many will take this as an attack on one person when it's meant as a plea to walk with caution and think about those that can be potentially ill-affected by this.

Some will say... there are lottery activities all over the net (legal or illegal - ask a lawyer), but none will draw the scrutiny that this one will from authorities that are still on the hunt. Others are in the line of fire, and the hunted will do nothing to protect them. We both know that as fact from past experience.

Am I out to save everyone? No - just the few that will listen. The numbers don't add up and most here know it. When we were begging for a WD solution, BM was begging for more participation in PA. That is all we received - "IF YOUR NOT IN IT - YOU CAN'T WIN IT!" Over and over again. Does this sound like a business that was approaching $500,000 per month? No. If it was approaching $500k, then the math was incorrect with regards to what was going to Aid, lottery proceeds, and Admin. How many weeks did it take to "supposedly" fund ONE water purifier? Does anyone remember how much a purifier costs? I'm sure some do.

By the way - what ever happened to the Gum Trees in the Sahara that was to produce a cash crop? Can anyone provide an answer?

    Level headed Reason - please.

    Peace Mike.

    Interesting,

This is a far to complicated issue to address here regarding LOTTO or all gambling online, but the restrictions are laid at the feet of the users, not the companies in most cases, so who can and who can't is a large grey area, yet rarely pursued by regulators.

Time tells all, and all I can say is how I feel about this at the moment. As to former issues, yes, I warned of problems of not responding to CD orders, but it makes little difference now, right. PIPS will not be back in its old form, so there goes the CD issue out the window. As you can see, times change, situations change, and looking at this four month investigation without any charges, looks like things are looking up in my opinion.

I have never seen a regulatory agency of any kind operate like BN is doing. Usually they will issue a presse release of scam, pyramid or unregistered securitues being sold and they lock down everything, but not before they hang you in the press. What I see here is totally opposite of how all the other countries attack problem, just as CD in US, Insurance Commission over DBR, etc., so why is it being handled differently in Malaysia? This is what I base my current opinions on, what I see between the lines, and it is far more positive than it was, so again, time will tell, and whatever the truth is, we will all know soon enough.

    Good luck to all, Mike

Mike - you're ignoring the balance of the issues mentioned. I know you see them.

    Interesting,

There are other issues, no doubt, and like all of us, we learn a little each day. And who are you if I may ask?

    Good luck to all, Mike

How are people going to be paid? People are still owed from PipsAid before so why should we expect to be paid this time?

Why is it that BM is using ecurrencies now when he wouldn't use them with Pips?

What's to stop BON from shutting down PipsAid this time like they shut down Pips. No word has been uttered from BON so how do we know this will be or is approved?

    Good questions,

I would imagine it all comes down to who runs this LOTTO, as in, is it simply leased software, or is it inhouse? It is certainly not like PIPS with all the related issues of moving large amounts to thousands of people. A lotto pays out once a day to hopefully a handful of people, not thousands, at least, not yet, so I would suspect an outside vendor is running this since there is no longer an internal IT department.

As to BN shutting them down, well, if they didn't already, will they? There are many things that are just not normal, so it is anyone's guess on what will happen, so once again, questions, questions, questions. (g)

    Good luck to all, Mike

Just a member that has appreciated your posts of Reason for at least 15 months, maybe longer.

When did you receive your C&D? Was it August '04 or Sept. '04? Then I believe it was SD and then a trickle effect, and no one would listen. Do you remember the member who's bank gave her a stearn warning, she posted in the forum, and everyone thought she was a trouble maker because nothing could bring Pips down. People should have listened then.

Don't go out in left field on me now - we need your level head. (Leave the pom-poms in the closet. You're scaring me.)
