It's the same in most countries in the world... and I am sure that if BM wants to revive PIPS starting with a restructured PIPSAID, he has taken that into account.

Especially with recent happenings and all the wolves out there.

BON has cleared Pipsaid and the program so Bryan and pips must be licensed for it.
Otherwise they wouldn’t give him the opportunity to start it again

Pipsaid couldn't be cleared by BON because it was never part of the investigation. As regarding the licensing and clearance to start the program, these questions were asked by many members and are still to be answered by BM.

Don't worry, if it requires licensing, Mr. Marsden would have acquired it. He is very strict in his policies regarding licenses, and especially having an original before he moves forward with something.

If he says it is ready, then everything with the regulatory bodies is already in place, and completed.

Picpay was part of the investigation and pipsaid made the payouts thru Picpay and there was a lot of unpaid wd from pipsaid! So I think pipsaid was part of the investigation.

    Not conforming to BM's affirmations:

"Due to the BN situation we are still not n a position to get member accounts back yet and implement the restructured program, but this is a start and more importantly it does provide you with an opportunity to earn some money, (Quite a lot of money actually).

This first phase sees the return of the PIPSAID program (PIPSAID is not a part of the BN investigation), albeit under a different name, as it will be with all programs."

To answer this question, the lotto is licensed and legal on the internet.

Tickets and promotions CANNOT be carried out offline, that is illegal, so when we are up (final testing will start this Saturday) DO NOT advertise or promote offline.

We are only licensed for online operation.

    Bryan

PS. Knasen, there were approximately 10 pipsaid withdrawals in the system when BN came in. The rest had been paid, so please know your facts before making statements.

    kalpota,

Yes you will have a replicated website to sell tickets and promote, the internet is international, it is not owned by any country and the license is international coverage.
