I wasn’t involved with the DBR’s so I don’t know the details but keep in mind that it was
put together by others, not PicPay. Please keep in mind that it may not be the number one
priority with PicPay right now. I am sure it will be very time consuming to correctly roll
back the funds to the different accounts and over all only a small percentage of PicPay
members are involved. So with everything else that is going on things involving DBR
may be at the bottom of the “Need to Do” list.

As far as the 5YTP, they may be trying to put something in place to “Roll Over” the
current accounts into.

Please keep in mind that this is just all speculation on my part but I am basing my
thoughts on what I know of Bryan’s character and action since April ’03.

I know you are right in stating that contacts to banks, etc. caused unnecessary exposure causing the banks to turn us down. But, of course the real culprits are those who did it deliberately. For some reason only their warped minds can fathom, there were those who were determined to bring us down. We must pray that their stupidity will be shown to be a total failure. I personally believe Bryan is a man of integrity. I also think he will find a way to bring us out of this dilemma and get us on solid ground again.

Who can blame Bryan for not wanting to post an update. Each time he does, a few *****s take what he says apart and misconstrue every thing he says.

I think the best thing for us all to do is stand behind Bryan and team with prayer and faith that they will have the wisdom to work all this out for us.

Apart from the only profound guesswork that the servers are currently "under control" by a legislative body overseeing the PI Inc Admin's complete "modus operandi".... the benefit of the doubt lies with all the postings you gather by taking some time in doing a fair shair of DD here among the threads....you will be quickly educated in summarizing the current state and status on why the site(s) are unreachable at the moment.

You have pointed out facts in a professional manner and you are right to the point .,

But there are misconceptions prevailing ., not calling banks and authorities created these all., complaining about and suspective ques raised caused these problems when pips stopped paying fast and there happened to me no info's right., that created a havoc but the reality is payment delay.,

as u quoted I meant all those facts in the prior facts why and what happened ., if u can read all my postings u will understand those were the facts i posted earlier.,

so we need new info's. , If possible give it out , not the old facts repointed again please .,

The newest info is Bryan is working and planning meets with the staff's on monday ., but the former hope within sunday is not yet confirmed but I hope the staff's will be let to handle phones at least to answer support anyhow the info is not yet clarified , my former info is within sunday and Monday reveals some facts untill 28 all pioneer staff's will be interviewed by bank negara.

so keep on watching the ambience .,

but the meeting with staff is held on monday so as to face the authorities with right info to the values they expect and to the point of truth., for clarified info., But the offices are open without any pc's to work with what's there to work., hence the offices are closed .,

understand the offices are not sealed and bryan not arrested .,
Not the pooling of funds caused havoc ., the rate of interest caused the problems and the main quo is offering this to and within the malaysian jurisdiction and nothing more.,

so Bryan will be pressurized to change his policies and jurisdiction regarding , pooling was already stopped .,

I hope the banking practices within malaysia through picpay will be curbed. Actually Nair, Raharni and you are talking about 2 different sets of issues
which are present and/or caused the present situation. While Nair you look
at the internal (meaning within Malaysia) issues regarding the occurance
of the current situation. Raharni's point has more to do with the agreements
signed by BM with P programs facilitators.

Everything Raharni said with regards of how the banks operates in this
arena is true. Especially the part where payment depends on

DUE TO MEMBER'S UNQUALIFIED APPROACHES TO INSTITUTIONS ASSOCIATED WITH "P",

was a major factor of banks acted the way they did.

Should we as members ever want to be beneficiaries of the profits that
can be generated from these P programs, we need to ACT in an appropriate
fashion. This is not a GAME, or your regular run-of-the-mill HYIP. This is
as real as it gets. BM has elevated us to a level of playing field that is
reserved for the elite of this world, by offering us PIPS.

It is so unfortunate that so many don't appreciate the greatest kindness that
Bryan has given to us. It is soo SAD that those he fought so hard for,
and tried to give a better life, were the ones that turned around and
stabbed him in the back, instead of supporting him and stand by his side.

It is my sincere hope that we can learn from these hard lessons, and that
Bryan can overcome the challenges ahead. Please give all your support
to Bryan, he needs to know we are on his side. We are his strength.
(And no I am not a cheerleader for BM, I just greatly appreciate all that
he has and is doing for the sake of us, in spite of us)

Hello Folks:
You are missing the point! Every Corporation has a responsibility to regulatory authorities whether Financial or Legal. The fact that Pips would not get their house in order is not the fault of external influences, but because management chose to remain reactive instead of proactive! Though I believe Mr. Bryan is for real and has great desires to help people out of our financial doldrums, the modus operandi was simply wrong. It would be beneificial if some folks would quit chasing their tails!
