The worst part of this whole "Gloom & Doom"
trip, is that the closer PIPS gets to being back
up and running, the more the volume is going to
go up!
Can you smell the terror? I sure can.
Night all and Happy Thanksgiving!

No. I dont want to stir anything up. I was just wandering from the legal stand point for those who have put others into pips like me. How they can look at it as fraud. It just related to me due to i live here and this action has developed. I for one dont see any wrong doing unless those people did something that has not been reported. I am 100% behind pips and always will be. It was just an article that a friend told me about. Sorry if it appears i was trying to stir trouble. I have alot in pips and i still stand behind my actions of putting my money in. I will support pips until someone officially states that pips is gone for good and never will be back. Until then I will keep reading posts and trying to keep up on the news. Some funny, some stupid and some just dang entertaining.

This is all just my take but like I said, unless you misled the people you signed up, you are ok.Besides unless you gave them a written contract it is your word against theirs..........Last edited by Style; 24-11-2005 at 06:17 AM.

If it is true, it is not surprising!
If the Post which started this thread is an actual news report, it is entirely understandable.
Anyone who has taken money off people and invested in PIPS on their behalf (myself included) has to accept the possibility of similar action. And you cannot blame the authorities, or the poor investors!
This sort of thing is a natural consequence of the (perceived) failure, probably compounded by excessive marketing, possible greed on the part of the PIPS member, and certainly inadequate communication. Personally I allowed very few people to open new accounts after the program failed to achieve a 20-day payout. And those who did invest had my contrary advice in writing first!
Sadly, the police involvement as posted is a direct consequence of Bryan’s failing to take the very basic steps needed to ensure that, while he set up PICPAY the way he wanted it, the money continued to flow to the investors, albeit not quite as he might wish. The current hiatus was NOT an inevitable consequence of excessive growth, nor of too many trolls. It was a direct consequence of ineffective direction, and the trolls, and police visits etc., stem from that failure, not the other way round. After all, if the investors had been happily receiving their money, even discovering that the real investment was a mere 1.5% per day (or thereabouts, it seems to depend on your maths skills!) would not have sent them running to the local constabulary!
I just hope that Bryan, for all his evident isolation, has taken on board this important lesson. His ineffective management of the money flow has created a lot of powerful enemies who would dearly love to pull him down regardless of whether or not he has the capability of making the investment program sing!
The solution does not, initially, lie in high tech programs, super new Banking contacts, or any such. It lies in the simple expedience of internally produced cheques, such as are used by businesses, governments etc all around the world, by the millions, each day.

or just a verification by accredited service provider like NetIBA and making use of a third party payment processor hence doing away with PICPAY which to me as established on a selfish mode. Should PIPS be relaunched, Bryan should learn from the past mistakes and make use of third parties e.g verification services, payment services, communication services, etc.
As long as members get their funds in time, they would not mind service fees to the third parties.Trust in God!

I missed this if it was posted before - hilarious! The factual innacuraccies are incredible! If it hasn't paid since Nov. 2004, what was the money that I got in March?
I like the idea that the people who told them about it getting done for it though - it means I can get the broker who sold me my pension a few years ago arrested as it hasn't grown as much as he said it should!!

You are totally wrong to state that cheques are acceptable throughout the world. If I would receive a cheque it might take a month or 2, maybe even three before the funds are cleared and deposited in my account.
And then there is the risk of a piece of paper that goes missing.
So thank you, but no.Regards,
