I feel I must add a comment here as I know how badly Tom must feel right now... and all the stress and pressure he is under in this situation which is most unfortunate for all of us. My husband and I were merchants ... Tom is a merchant selling a product with Picpay. We had 10 orders for computers that were PAID with picpay. Are you saying to us we should honor these and send these computer systems to these people who paid with Picpay????? How stupid we would be as business people if we did that.

What did you pay it with? An ecurrency that is no longer viable if it ever was... what legitimate currency are you out of pocket? $$ , Euros? GBP? How can Tom send you something for which he never received any true money... he is in the same situation as we other merchants... if he had a crystal ball maybe he would have foreseen what was going to happen but none of us did and he had faith that PIPS would pay as we all did. We hope that it still will... and if and when it does, Tom will send everyone who ordered that set their DVD's... I surely cannot believe you are that blind that you cannot see that you paid nothing .. and want something ... that would cost Tom a quite large loss .. which he does not have at this time.
I know that perhaps Tom could have answered without anger... but you request is totally unreasonable and he probably received other ridiculous and numerous complaints also.... you paid nothing and you want something for it.. put yourself in Tom's shoes. He has a lot on his mind right now.. including the re-design of the website and affiliate program and just trying to cover his costs and losses trying to get this all done for the Christmas buyers and it has not gone as smooth as he hoped on that end either (I know because we are helping with the redesign of the website and we would like it to go faster also) Life is never as we would like it to be sometimes but how we react is what helps us to grow. If he were angry, and did not show a "christian" response then God understands I am sure because since you have the first episode you know what condition all mankind is in... we all have failed and are in need of his mercy.

Actually, it all depends on the T&C's that are applicable to the sale.
Most merchants had specified that they would send their products as soon as they received the withdrawel.
If however the merchant's terms specified that they would send as soon as pipcpay was received, I would think that those merchants have a problem on their hand.
They were legally bound to send out the products when the buyer fulfilled its part of the bargain (the correct transfer of the required amount of picpay).
Does it make sense to demand shipment of the product?
I think not. Look at the situation with the bible. I don't know what was specified in the terms, but in all fairness, we can all understand that the company would be out of business immediately if everybody would demand shipment of the items. So who would win here?
Nobody! Chances are that you wouldn't get your next episode because the company was unable to produce it and subsequently send the item to you.
Depending on the T&Cs you may have a legal right, but that still doesn't mean that it will be acknowledged.
