most of us don't think the picpay money was playing money but PIPs has a problem and we have to wait till this problem is taken care of and then we'll get all our little problems FIXED with PIPS you/I have to wait till PIPS is back bottom line.
Oh, btw I had ordered the whole set also.

The first DVD was produced and printed...he had gotten a small amount of the money for the production, but the rest of the money was stopped when PIPS stopped............It made sense to ship the first DVD, but the rest could not be produced due to lack of funds.......This is what I have understood of the situation...............

Hi I also ordered the set of DVD's I understand the situation that everyone is in, if you have a pending withdrawal you actually do not have the funds in hand ,until then you have not been paid. Tom would be in the same situation, I am sure that he has received alot of complaints from disgruntal customers and after a few thousands complaints or questions with How come I haven't received my order. His patience has wore thin, walk a mile in his shoes and maybe we can be alittle more gracious and long suffering. Blessed are the peace makers, things will turn around soon. Keep your chin up!

From a legal point of view, the buyer(s), csluvbbq and others, should not have to suffer due to what said to be, "lack of funds". They, PicPay and the relationship with Tom's company, had to know of the situation and should under no circumstance allow payment through PicPay if there wasnt sufficent funds to cover the cost of the DVD offer. The payment made by the buyer should, when paid in full, be transfered to whatever account immidatetly. So, in my opinion you are in your full right to, and should receive your next 11 DVDs without having to pay for them twice. As you said yourself, you paid in full and "kept your end of the deal".

Why should "we" as customers suffer due to bad management and sales? I though Tom and Bryan was working close toghether, with the current situation in mind, not to mention the close relationship between PIPS and the Kids Bible etc. Tom should send the DVDs to hwo-ever accepted the DVD offer, after all, we (PIPS members) were responsible for the entire project, with our own money. Hey, where did you say our money went?

One more thing. Why do you people always badmouth and begin name calling anyone questioning PIPS and its businesses? I think everyone should take a moment and think who the real "trolls" are. Move on guys, please acknowledge that the PIPS saga is probably over, at least the way we know it. By know, if it had not been for the situation, we all be billionairs. Could you imagine?

...dont get me wrong. I still have some hope that PIPS will return. But I wont mourn over the loss anymore. And we do have rights you know!

Obviously Tom should only send out those episodes to people who have paid. If anyone is holding him to the fact of saying that he accepted the promise to be paid (ie PICPAY) so he has to send it to them even though he has not really recieved the payment --- then they are obviously trying to take advantage of the situation, obviously Tom will not fall for this as he stated.

so a couple of you believe Tom should provide you with goods that he has not received any remuneration for? sounds like an excellent way to run a business.

I agree with you weseeall, some are trying to take advantage of this situation and can't see the wood for the trees.

I guess I just find it more than ironic that someone who is selling bible dvd's responded with such hatefulness. I think Tom needs to go back and re-read his bible before he tries to make any more money off of it.

I'm not saying I agree with csluvbbq at all. I am just appauled at Tom's response. Very unprofessional.

No, i dont believe that csluvbbq is a troll except that he didnt take into consideration the situation of the other party.
csluvbbq has nothing to lose but for Tom, its total loss if he were to send out the dvd's.

Lastly, to jaredbudosu...Yes Tom should re-read his bible, including all christians.

Pretty selfish to be moaning about some dvd's not received at this time. Not exactly in the christian spirit of the bible is it now. Therein lies the paradox.

I would have done exactly the same as Tom. Let the man run his business.

TOM RECEIVE tons OF these email everyday from angry pipster.I not surprise that he is angry.

If tom have to paid, then ALL the merchant who own me gold bar ,cash card, voucher and so on ....... must paid me the goods.That will include all the rest of the pips member also.

Mabe tom should clearly states at his website about pips and his company currently situlation to prevent futher problem to arise.
