Why would they ask you to help, are/were you an employee of PIPS or Picpay?
What documentation would you have for Picpay.com?

Unless you've been printing out your statements from picpay, I don't see what documentation you will have. In any case, just cooperate with BNM and help in whatever way you can with their investigation. If PIPS is real, then there's absolutely nothing to conceal and your help rendered to BNM will move the investigation all that much faster.

Official Legal Binding Letter
Rider.
Does this letter legally compel you to appear before the BN or are they just asking because your are a member if PIPs.
jeep..
as for documention how about copies of his withdraws, copies fo the Picpay agreement, copies of his PIPs account (if he has one) man if you don't have these how are you going to prove that you even have an account if it comes down to your word against who ever is in control of PIPs.

If someone has documents showing that they made a withdrawal from PICPAY what would that really prove? Thousands of people have made withdrawals......that doesnt prove anything one way or the other.
And how to prove we even have an account....Well we must still be in the database or how else would they have known to contact rider? And how to contact him?

Ask Bryan
Bryan may advise you what to do,unless of course he is not allowed to.
May I ask when you recieved this? Sounds like the bank are still not finished if this is a recent request.Last edited by Dreamer; 11-11-2005 at 07:33 AM. Reason: add on

Rider, Your question indicates, that you are positively oriented pips member. So, go ahead and cooperate with BN. Your contribution and testimony may help resolve the whole thing faster in favor of us all!

Hi Everyone
Those members who have been in PIPS, PI, and GW before June 04 will remember that Bryan had the company registered in Malaysia, and because of that Malaysians were unable to become members. The law prohibits foreign currency activities.
PIPS was moved to Panama but Picpay wasn't.
rider I would recommend that you take any and paperwork you have to your lawyer and ask his/her advice before you reply to the BN request. Don't incriminate yourself.

I know I would be pissed if someone went around me, so imagine how BN may look at issue? Just my opinion, but I would not respond unless mandated to by court order.
Good luck to all, Mike
