Am also in the same situation; I had to go bankrupt myself since I believed in PIPS despite the fact that ruined me financially.

The Trial has Begun!!!
After several false starts and about 2 years of waiting, it HAS finally started.
Summary: Prosecution calling 5 witnesses, 2 have testified so far. Tendering evidence now resuming on a very monotonous pace but it promises attentive highlights we can now anticipate......
We are delighted at this eventual outcome... all your support & donations made it possible to see this day bearing fruits!!! We almost were on the brink...and still is as a matter of fact with the Funds and what materializes after this 1st actual trial attendance in court is left to anyone's next good guess!!!
As mentioned earlier, unless you wish to receive 1st hand email feedback, the news will be released to supporters who have donated.
We are still in need of donations... and one can confidently assume, this trial is going to last awhile after today and if the next flow of donations doesn't exceed anywhere around $750 at its minimum.... esp. if a flurry of new donations start streaming in at only just $2,50 per person and we have no more than 100 Donors only... we are not anywhere close to our target!!!
Every new development remains flexible too... subject to today and the coming days events, if anyone started donating only $2,50, (esp. new names of donors just so in qualifying for the feedback), that will be reviewed as well... we need to reach the minimum of this amount $750 or receive at least 300 donations in the coming days... not over a stretch like the next 12 to 18 months to achieve it....
The subtlety is over now... the reality has been present as always and its unpleasant to beg nor plead when its very much unnecessary to do so...
Click HERE and scroll down to post # 9 for donation details.
We NEED adequate funds to cover the Trial... thank you.
The Admins.

My dear friend Coleson. For one moment, I thought you are referring to the current coverage Batty made before this weekend. I can see I was mistaken after reading further and you are quoting a much earlier period that was in 2007 when the situation then is not like we are now going through.
Nonetheless, let me me try shape the picture for you as I can see U R with just 3 postings, hence, you may not be an active visitor of this Forum but with others or not at all...whatever it is, lets see how do we handle postings like yours.
Back in 2007, Egold was also accepted but it is NOT anymore as of recently. It was also made clear then, a basic donation of $2 does not need to be confirmed as the time, expense and administrative gathering of the incoming details on each and every person's donation is far more costlier than a minute amount valued at $2. It was a gesture we realise and appreciate it equally much but we expected your genuine generosity without placing too much demands either for $2 worth.
Back then, all news were released on this Forum. If you failed catching up and reading the official (version) news posted in this Forum and nowhere else, it is your schedule and agenda no one is willing to impose nor remind you on how you run your daily routine. We can barely keep up with our own mind and business let alone for others.
Hence, I hope that answers why you missed out... Thank you for your donation from then, and if I am unable to source your email addy, that is because your donation with Egold then did not involve email addressing.
The situation now is rather different and dimmer as your American economy is gloomier too which I am sorry although most of the globe's economy may not speak too kindly thanks to Wall Street causing it all....
We Admins and the rest of the supporting donors would appreciate your understanding, the continued support and hopefully by virtue of a new donation, we are truly looking forward to more donations that you can afford, so we can include you in the mailing list.
As for the past news, you can take your time to look up into the threads already created and exchanged by many members and the pics attached and whatever feedbacks Batty returned with from covering the previous court attendances.
The latest news feedback will be posted to all those that donated through either PayPal or AlertPay (this is now stopped) and now with Liberty Reserve where one's email can be tracked and the individual can expect a feedback mailed to him or her.
For all those following this post, please realise that the feedback will only be mailed to you once Batty submits to us, and the qualifying donors are all arranged in the mailing list and it will be sent out to the respective supporting donors to date.
Please understand as well, it is not covered again by the Press but we are also aware of other outside sources waiting to snatch our news for their own gains like they did in the past.
We are no fools to that blatant "snatch & claim" thievery... so, we now know what we are doing as to when and at what moment, to release it specially to you... in good time.
DO NOT BOMBARD this Forum & thread with demands and raising hell about we owing you the covered news... if you are truly supportive as a genuine donor... we would expect your prudence with humble patience shown.
Thank you.
The Admins.

Thank you both, Tremar & Tinker (hmmm, reminds me of that spy thriller book: Tinker, tanker.... you prob know which I meant)
Will add you both soon to the List and again for your support and donation received, for those reading here... I will update and list your donations immediately if I'm at the puter otherwise, I may be on the puter but working on 6 other different Admin projects as well... and the, there's the trip to the beach, with my dog and the sauna which is helpful... so be patient and the news... Aaah...
The gloriest NEWS that Batty is still working on!!!
He is indeed a worthy "investment" we have to cover the trials on our behalf... I won't and can't find a better and committed friend and Moderator who shown dedication despite the personal trauma with health and domestic dependence he shoulders with his siblings....
From the summary, still unfinished, he is working on, he is also cracking his brains & cells to recap and as careful as jotting down minutes of a meeting.... yet, its no envy to see him accomplishing the task with great marks...!!!
I shall want him to obtain a digital memocorder... for more vivid capture of exchanges and review of the graphic points raised... its VERY interesting indeed!!!
Alright, now to add the kind donors to the cause... Thank you all once again and please help us maintain to sustain the trial coverage...
If many are thinking, let them or him, her or whoever to cough, donate while I can get my share for nothing... well, thats a pity to see & conceive that attitude...
In cases like this I just received, I can and will give exceptions... I'm just as human as all of you...
Hi Yogibrood
I would very much like to donate but my wife had a heart attack and has many other medical problems. Every $ I can muster goes to pay medical bills and medications. I do not have a paypal account or any other one. Can't afford to. I pray everyday for Batty.
Please consider providing info to me on the trial if possible. rs*****@safe-mail.net. May God Bless you and everyone donating time and money to this cause. Thanks and Regards to all.

Thanks!
Hi all,
Thanks for all the kind words heaped on me. I am doing my best to transcribe the notes I've done. The trial left me with a lot of little notes of which I transcribe into a steno book, which then I type up with additional info and details from the depths of my memory bank I call my brain. Alas, I am only human. I strive to put you with me in the court, sitting as the session unfolds.
Today, I lost the last half of (day 2) as my PC suddenly did a "hang" episode. Luckily, I had half saved from yesterday so not a total loss. I am also working on my usual trip report with photos and of course my observations of the Marsdens these two days. Thanks to all donors for your support.
Okay, back to work.
Cheers.
