Let us try to maintain a flair for objectivity, stay pragmatic and unbiased and view developments with a practical mindset....

I too had no reason (back then until he was arraigned) but had met him and one who can become a good drinking bud... he with his Jameson and I go for Guinness.

Alot of my cash, still "pretty little" to many more that stash away with Bryan thru the Bank and some were successful with EGold and other forms which were channeled through the PICpay gateway. So far, no problem either for me... didn't expect nor was greedy for a quick ROI to anticipate any wrong doings by Bryan as I played the long haul (my BAD mistake for a start as an all believer waiting to be "hyped!!!").

Then, the tell-tale signs began to show their symptoms, and being one with the cash and little suspect of Bryan, I didn't absorb nor want to believe it was anything to absorb from the growing alarm signals gradually emerging, some went as far as calling me a cheerleader... LoL... what a joke but what is there to not laugh when its a funny joke that doesn't stick?

I wasn't a cheerleader at all... I just believe in the man... the visionary like some have idolized him...with an Utopian plan and solution to poverty, now, that WAS A REAL BIG JOKE!!! And they are still out there among you and me but have now been smart not to make a fool of themselves openly for many months since... coz their loss and pride is all too deep and holy to lose face...to face & accept straight face defeat.

I wasn't defeated, I lost several hard Euro grands in cash... I lost faith and that defeated the trust he had from me... but heyyy, I ain't gonna sent out a contract on the Marsdens over some $$$s I lost partly due to my own stupid bad judgment of Bryan and his game...?

That money is recoverable, so, the end of the world for me is far from near and I want to maintain a clean conscience albeit he gets to pay for his misdeeds or nature settles the scores where it is due... it is NOT for me to decide nor be an accessory or lift a finger to his doomed destiny... and that is what makes me feel good now as it shall be and he just have to face what he was alleged and/or accused by a State apparatus that had their own reasons involved and in the result of delving deeper, uncovered serious flaws that are justified for prosecution...

Its NOT me nor YOU nor others that charged him to the courts with an affidavit and libel to be sued... That may still come with those that just won't take "NO" for an answer this easily ... i know, there are hard core sanctimonious Americans and Aussies incl. Kiwis that want to see him to the noose one way or the other...

Heyyy, thats not my animosity with Bryan, he did what he may have thought to do as something he could get away with...(survival of the craftiest and fittest???) he must have been guided by the wrong Angel I believe.

Bryan caused pain to thousands till today... how deep and painful... we can only imagine, I for one who was unable to see a single "cent" back and for those who fortunately received some payouts because they knew how the game is to be played, I don't envy them either... but if they deliberately persists on portraying Bryan and that the PIPS system is a glorious one... well, they are as crooked as Bryan is in my eyes... so, YOU KNOW who you are and lets leave it at that!!!

They have done neither wrong to me at all....or so I had 1st thought. In fact, as personal as it can get to but his actions, which was beyond mine and most of you to have grasped or understood in time, fell short in doing what was necessary to stop in time and was beaten to it by the Authorities who then stepped in, and made no hesitation to be fooled further and adopt the necessary steps under the Malaysian Law that justified his apprehension...

If that decision was left to you and me... heck... Bryan would perhaps have fooled Richard Branson (Virgin Air) too to book a seat on the first flight into the future space craft and parachuted out somewhere near earth but far way from getting into jail....

I think the Malaysian Authorities did us a favor in that respect... so start from now on, a positive recap and consider, he was stopped in his tracks before many more fell duped just so, you too can seriously start realizing what actually went wrong... with Bryan or the PICPay or PIPS or just your plain stubborn ego head that can't see what is right from wrong all along...

Good life to all of you who decidedly stopped wasting dream-plans for a payout... it was all swallowed up by a con game all along... I fell for it and by George... I stepped out of my shame shortly after to admit it too... never a cheerleader and surely not a loser either!!!

We almost didn't make it as the funds arrived at the eleventh hour. I confirmed the trial date again, which is as close as possible: Thursday (31/7) to avoid showing up at an empty courthouse. Here is my trip report to go with the trial report and the photo. As I said, a bonus for the members. I wasn't sure whether I could obtain it at first. Hope you enjoy reading this as well as the pictures. So without more dilly dally, I present my "Bat$ day out in Seremban" with pictures. EGold nor any other is no more considered for the many obvious reasons that goes with it. A donation to contribute is what we are hoping to build up and would prefer to stay on that course rather than be further subjected to more conversion costs and transfer fees and that too will be accompanied eventually with Bank charges as well hence, if any were to plan a minimum of $2.50, it would have been much less by the time Batty receives something of whats left of it. With ECurrencies involved, it would make it even worse!!.

Next, to correct your presumed assumption. BM with his "visionary scheme" for an Utopian solution, defaulted by fraud, not directly with any of us personally, nooo, he had a different level to make it appear it wasn't appearing that way hence, your adamant support was a fair one but he was spotted for a bigger role that soon became apparent and fortunately, only the Authorities in Malaysia who has the legal means and decision to stop and also apprehend any wrong doer, which you and i don't have except for blowing hot air of denouncement or cheering... well, I'm not for the latter once it became clear, our vested money & expectations were only used as a front for his like you said, "SCHEME" he had created. And from one discovery leading to more... that was when it became obvious, there are more linked to it than meets the eye here...

So, what we were all fed & led to believe, even with the Nilai office etc... and the Staff operating there, even they too were taken for a good cuisine ride with the Bistro franchise thingy... yes, that bold and daring thrill trip he had created... all the Conventions... based on borrowed time and money paid for...

I hope you now understand how he deceived you, however indirectly and directly for many others instead, that you should realize, your earlier payouts as ROI was "other man's money" through a deceptive scheme that is not legally allowed and in fact, can be subjected to claims by all the losers with their invested money...

Don't worry, I wasn't suggesting nor planning to seek down that path, I have said goodbye to this loss and accepted my part of being duped and had since moved on... lucky you for ever seeing some returns back then. Well, the least anyone can do or feel remorse about this saga, esp. those who had received ROI with "dirty & deceptive money earned somewhat", and to show you agreed that the many losers are right in following this course to see and follow the outcome of the trial, is help donate some of your earnings with a donation.

Thanks for your long exposition on your view of the Marsdens and Pips. Were you ever in Pure Investor; the very beginning?

I am not going to pronounce on what I got back because that will sound like gloating; last thing I want to do given that some of us appear not to have got anything back.

However, I ask that question because I am struggling to understand why you did not get a cent back. Were you constantly compounding for the chance of a massive pay day?

Yes, arvie, I did rather well and I do not mean to gloat. In the end, I believe that the program was destroyed by too many naysayers wanting to know where the money was coming from for paying us.

I never could understand that. Indeed, there are now some good paying, some private, programs that will tell you upfront, "suffice you to know this much and no more; if you are not satisfied with such an explanation, please do not join the program." Bryan did not quite put it like that but I see no difference. Do you?

You did what you were better prepared and well aware of the "game", while I was not like many thousands who were as well however, that does not absolve us of the innocence, I took it as a risk regardless of any "Investment" on any platform or involvement... but we, including yours truly, did it on an assumption and given the information we were led to believe... expected it to have perform like many other Investment portfolios would be conducted, the only difference was the form of payout and the manner that constitutes the payout and the size that went with it.

Unlike you, you probably were well informed and better expeirence to know when, how and what amount to play along, like grab it while the chance exists and make a hasty exit with whatever you have regain etc...

I have since realized about that... after this bitter experience...at a hefty price.

Yes, and being completely new at it, I would and obviously like many more who did, allowed to compound unlike you, you knew this is a fishy game Bryan has introduced... you were probably referring to the Golden Womb program which I actually came to know after....., after some tell-tale signs were emerging and suddenly, plenty of reverberations about the authenticity etc surrounding PIPS, PICPay and BM in particular.... It is quite too late by then...the lady, The FAT ONE esp. sang like a hummingbird and is GONE with the crumb...

Your admittance in having an adequate return (I can only speculate with a timely ROI in some form or size) is something I can accept as well and have no envy nor anger as you acted like anyone would have given the circumstances. I would still have Bryan a BIG thumbsdown even if I had withdrew a single cent and acknowledge the fact as it now stands... and still would and could feel related to all those that lost horribly huge as a result.

That is why I can still have the right and feel affected, though in a much lesser degree since his apprehension, to help and assist in those that want to know the outcome of the Trial...
Like many, who saw NADA with any ROI... we lost and yet, apart from the loss, we donate to help see a closure with facts delivered from the case... it has nothing to do with whether we can still afford or can't (all those who pay a monthly subscription for getting online and browsing the Net), should know that if you say you can't even provide a meager donation... its yet another LIE to yrself with damning truth that cannot be camouflaged, unless you contracted the BM virus too...!!!

But there you go... lie after lie and deeper you deceive your own self in not admitting defeat, nor accepting the truth of reality and helping reconcile with facts before you but instead, not helping others as yourself with the right to know the whole bare truth and donate something to the Fund which others are doing to help you as you lay back, probably smiling with a grin and like some, even come on defying the gravity of truth with mock claims and jeering at those that are only seeking the truth for a correct closure... they donate despite... and you... do nothing instead....

Btw, this is not at you nor is it personal either, you may have donated yrself... that is why I mention, it is not at you specifically, its a general comment at those concerned.

This is not the time nor ever should be the case where we are or show anger at each other.... its a time to come together and help the Donation Fund so it can fund Batty with his trail on the trial of the Marsdens.

I can't speak for all but anyone familliar with gambling will tell you, never bet it all. Our plan was to withdraw as soon as we were able too. Alas, none of the half-dozen or so transaction saw any light, despite chasing after them, visiting them and pleading with them. They put us in the hole that we help dig.

It cost us dearly and I for one want to see it (trial) till the end. That is one of the reasons I took up this mission. I am glad for you that you've seen your money return. We have a mountain of debt that we must face everyday so do many members, and we demand that justice be served!

Like everything in life, you have the winners and losers, sadly, the losers will always be more than the winners. Nice to hear some got there money out fast, but like most here, we believed this scammer in those early days, but like Yogi said, most who lost came to learn about PIPS at a later time.

I was in from the start, not that it helped much, for I was looking at long term, and was prepared to be disappointed from start, but I know others who did make money like Eman did, so great on you, glad to hear someone made out, but, and this is a BIG BUT, who did it hurt? It hurt thousands who came in at later date with GW and then PIPS, and that is the real issue here as I see it.

What still to this day amazes me is how well Bryan lied to us all. I can read people extremely well, for I have come across many scammers in my life, but Bryan had me fooled like none other before him. At first convention, in Vegas, I looked into his eyes, talked with him, and he was just so low key, not like any scammer I have ever encountered before. No hype, just a sense of surety, like it was a matter of fact, so don't ask. lol

Well, what gets me is how I was fooled, never mind all the rest of us. This is why I want to see it to the end, I am just so curious to see the truth come out, there were never any investments, period. Bistro was nothing more than a front to look like the real deal, and it worked, you cannot hide a hard asset, although we come to learn he didn't own it to start, nor did PIPS, a front man was used to get license, so who knows what was owned by PIPS, seems like nothing to me.

Again, the Bible deal was the only verified investment made, how much, who really knows, but even if it was the $250K thrown about at the time, this was chicken feed compared to what we were all told. I would have no problem with Bryan if he was honest, but I could see it in HI that it was all coming unraveled, just looking at Bryan, he looked sick, and the excuse of food poisening was a convenient excuse, for he knew all these people there were about to be screwed over like never before. Even low life liars like Bryan had to have a twinge of remorse over what he had done, or at least I would hope so, but who knows, he was so slick, so convincing, you just wanted to trust him given the message to help the less fortunate.

Again, who knows what the truth will be, but one thing I know to be true, he was an outright liar who decieved us all, even if some did make money, you did so under a totally dishonest scheme called PI, GW and PIPS, and this is what doesn't sit well with most of us here. I would assume the ones who did make the big money would never show their face knowing what we now do, but that is just the nature of these deals, some win, some lose, and this one had a 1000 losers to each winner, as is the case in all pyramids, very few will be ever be the winners.
