This was my take on him as well. I talked with him in HI several times, and I always walked away scratching my head. Sadly, the whole problem was poor management from top to bottom. Any company without checks and balances, and competent management team is lost, and it sure looks like we all lost at this point, as in lost our money. It sure will be interesting to finally learn the truth, but I doubt it was Gary.

Definitely not Gary alone, but he is friends with Warren, isn't he? Didn't Gary suggest bringing Warren on board? And Warren, although obnoxious as they come, is no dummy. And, likely, there are other players involved...definitely a "team" effort, IMO, which was likely in the works and slowly playing out long before BoN got involved. It will be very interesting to see how this all plays out, and who the "ring leader" really is.....

Don't thing we'll ever know fully what happened behind the scenes.

Seems to me their cover has been blown and it is starting to unravel....karma has a way of coming back and biting on in the rear when you least expect it. Greed and Karma do not mix well, sort of like oil and vinegar...
