Who can prove it and charge if Gary actually did steal this money. Is Bryan the only one who can bring charges? If so, does anyone know if he is planning to when this is all over? If this actually happened, no wonder we could not get our withdrawals. It really was us who was ripped off, huh?

Well I know of one pioneer member who posted in another forum that his contacts informed him that he (Gary) has or will be charged.

Nothing beyond that was stated and yes its 2nd hand info.

Until proven guilty they are innocent. People dont have all the facts and they may well regret making these allegations.

We know someone is responsible for the pips problems,but wait for the outcome of the investigation before making judgements.

As for the new investment,its your choice but not for me personally.

Too much speculation in this thread.

does anyone really believe that gary has stolen 1/2 a mil from pips & Bryan hasn`t laid chargers.......... you guys have an amazing imagination. The program they are running is not for me (the return is to low for the risk) but come on guys, keep it real

I didn't suspect nor still hold any animosity about Gary's unexplained departure from his Management position with PI Inc however, if there are grounds that will someday implicate with proof delivered albeit from Bryan or by virtue of the BNM investigations, then we have a say and should be vindicated with a reasonable compensation....as lenders of PIPS somehow although, I sincerely feel a hopless effort in recovering any that can yet be traced, try picking feathers off a naked chicken if and when the whole saga reaches it's final end and when that will be is beyond anyone's calculated guess!

No I don't believe that Gary has stolen 1/2 mil. Think it's pure gossip.
What I do know is that Gary was pretty much incompetent as the head of the pureinvestor tradingteam.
I always wondered why Bryan hired him in the first place?
