    Default Bill Posters from Panama

I have seen some posts which claim that a person named Bill Posters from Panama claims that Pips is a scam, bankcrupt etc and is not coming back.

It's basically bullsh*t, bill posters is a nick name given to people who illegally place small poster adds to shop windows and walls to promote small business's.

The practice is illegal in many countries. There is usually a warning "bill posters will be charged or prosecuted".

    Bill Posters does not exist.

Does this mean the asset protection and PT conference he was selling on PicPay doesn't exist either? Or was this a different Bill Posters?

I have seen this Bill Posters and assume he is a TG troll.
I would advice just to ignore that kind of trash.
It is definately not "our" Bill, IB.

Have an excellent day and keep faith.

He is supposed to be a merchant who was owed money. I hope they let us know what merchant name he went under so when Pips gets up again and merchants are allowed to do business we know who to avoid like the plague.

    Default Bill Posters?

Bill Posters goes by the username of reddragon at another forum and hosted a conference of 96 members in September of this year. Another
greedy malcontent who got many times over his capital outlay in P.ps
and still wanting more. I wander if he will be back as a cheerleader the moment
p.ps will survive all these hurdles.

    Default Merchants owed?

I don't understand how can Picpay owed merchants like Bill Posters when
merchants only should deliver the merchandise or service(s) before they are
being paid by Picpay unless they delivered the product(s) first at their
own risk before Picpay would pay them and have those picpay account(s) of buyers pre-audited first for validity to protect from fraudulent transactions. Something does not add up for accountablity here.

PIPS-USA was a bit different, however, I will say that I am pretty disappointed in it. I joined but never expected 'Irish Bill' to start to charge a monthly fee to stay fully joined up. He does say that you can still get on the PIP's forum at PIPS-USA and just check out the PIP's info, but to stay fully involved with the rest of the site there is a $10.00 monthly fee.

He has made quite a few bucks (in my mind 'quite a few bucks', but to him as he states it, it's a business and with PIP's being off-line for right now he's got to do something with the site to make it profitable now that it's BTI) .

After the investigation started and the PIP's web-site went down he has started with some other investment products, but remember he was the one at the top of the mailing list and made some money from referals.

He did after all have the mailing list for the site and got folks involved so I guess he had the right to do that.

But, the monthly fee just doesn't rub me right.

    A deals a deal.

    Enough said.

    Thanks,

    Doug

This thread is very interesting. I have heard this man speak now on two calls in the past week and a half. He states that is his name. He claims that Bryan used our money to do trades for himself and that he has seen Bryan's trading contracts and confidentiality agreements (I find that very suspect). He claims to have information from his direct contact from the "senior investigator" at BoN, and that they have stated the Malaysian govt. will never allow Bryan to do business in Malaysia again. (Interesting that BoN is giving him all this info during the investigation...!) He also claims that a very wealthy Australian trader offered to help Bryan and PIPS out by paying all the WD backlog with the condition he was allowed to do the trading. He said Bryan declined this offer because it would "expose him".

The first time I heard him talk he was very convincing. The second time I began to question his motives which appear to be to get investors into his aarfunds venture.

Perhaps Bill Posters is not his real name, but that is the name he used on the calls. Very interesting.

Opening cans of worms here, are we?
    Doug, I agree with you.
I know that IB still has a number of followers that will show their support but In my opinion what IB did comes close to fraud.
There was a legal contract between P*PS-USA and its members, meaning a contract between a company and consumers.
Now, a name change into BTI will never allow the legal entity to implement a one-sided change to the contracts.

    IB did!

    Zero credibility form then on!
And then there is the issue of credibility to his reposrtys and advices, but I won't go there now.
    Regards,

    4P
