Yes, it looks like the "real scammers" are trying to get in their "last hur-rahs" before PIPS makes its reappearance. The good news is that the restructure is almost complete and as Bryan so clearly stated, "WE WILL BE BACK!"

I have seen some posts which claim that a person named Bill Posters from Panama claims that Pips is a scam, bankcrupt etc and is not coming back.

It's basically bullsh*t, bill posters is a nick name given to people who illegally place small poster adds to shop windows and walls to promote small business's.

The practice is illegal in many countries. There is usually a warning "bill posters will be charged or prosecuted".

Bill Posters does not exist.

Actually even if it is not his real name he is pushing a website....

.....A PT is someone who arranges their affairs in such a manner so they remain anonymous and well hidden from the glare of the public spotlight. A PT is an unassuming person who enjoys the lifestyle of doing as they please as long as they do not harm anyone.

There are of course 100's of meanings for the name PT, with two of the more famous ones being Previous Taxpayer and Permanent Tourist. The concept here is that you never spend more than 3-4 months in one country at a time, therefore avoiding taxes in any jurisdiction and always on a tourist visa. While this works for some it will not work for the masses, and that's where the Bill Posters PT Program came to light....

Some people will do anything for a quick buck...we had a member on the forum who claimed to be a permanent tourist....and that is what this "Bill Posters" is pushing....what better way to get visitors to his website, than to claim reponsibility for bringing down PIPS and all the companies surrounding it....really when you think about it this is a sad state of affairs for someone to live in...

Bill Posters with the forum username "reddragon", I believe is not the real name of the poster but it is just a pseudonym or false name and posted
nothing but a tabloid type of sensational journalism, another name for
"junk food news" lacking credibility, professionalism, and devoid of facts and fairness in reporting against P.ps. His ploy or tactic to discredit Pi.ps
were refuted by some discerning forum members; however, when Bill Posters
presented his campaign for people to join his "private members only
investment company".

I remember "reddragon"...he sent me unsolicited pm's on the old PIPS forum trying to get me into his PT program. Interesting. The whole PT thing sounds like a ridiculous way of living merely to avoid paying taxes....I think it would be far more expensive (not just financially, but emotionally also) to be constantly moving from country to country! No thanks...I'd rather pay taxes than live like that!

Doug, I agree with you.
I know that IB still has a number of followers that will show their support but In my opinion what IB did comes close to fraud.
There was a legal contract between P*PS-USA and its members, meaning a contract between a company and consumers.
Now, a name change into BTI will never allow the legal entity to implement a one-sided change to the contracts.

IB did!

Zero credibility form then on!
And then there is the issue of credibility to his reposrtys and advices, but I won't go there now.

I was trying to say EXACTLY THOSE WORDS, but without saying those exact words, (if you know what I mean)..

So thank you for putting it that way, (I try to avoid being blut, but after reading your post I have come to realize that sometimes you just gotta say what you mean, no matter what).

Maybe, we could start a new thread to get others opinions on what we think happened there, (with PIPS-USA/BTI) but out of respect to this thread and the folks that are posting here for this topic 'Bill Posters from Panama' I won't post anymore on the topic. I just wanted to reply to you and say thank you.

Please PM me and let me know what you think about my idea and what Marek other mods would say if we did a thread on that, (wanna stay within the rules of the forum and if we did start a thread on that it could get 'colorful' if you hear what I'm saying).

For the record, I worked with Bill Posters for 8 months online then met him in Panama in January. I quit April 30, 2006. My personal opinion is to avoid him. If anyone encounters his program and wants details, you are welcome to PM me.

Bryan, we need your comments on this issue.

Thanks also for letting me know on this from last nite's "exchange". It is good to have your mind at rest on his modus operandus and to forewarn members here... these PT's are very unhealthy to have as yr next door neighbour too.
