    Default Bill Posters from Panama

I have seen some posts which claim that a person named Bill Posters from Panama claims that Pips is a scam, bankcrupt etc and is not coming back.

It's basically bullsh*t, bill posters is a nick name given to people who illegally place small poster adds to shop windows and walls to promote small business's.

The practice is illegal in many countries. There is usually a warning "bill posters will be charged or prosecuted".

    Bill Posters does not exist.

Does this mean the asset protection and PT conference he was selling on PicPay doesn't exist either? Or was this a different Bill Posters?

I have seen this Bill Posters and assume he is a TG troll.
I would advice just to ignore that kind of trash.
It is definately not "our" Bill, IB.

Have an excellent day and keep faith.

He is supposed to be a merchant who was owed money. I hope they let us know what merchant name he went under so when Pips gets up again and merchants are allowed to do business we know who to avoid like the plague.

    Default Bill Posters?

Bill Posters goes by the username of reddragon at another forum and hosted a conference of 96 members in September of this year. Another
greedy malcontent who got many times over his capital outlay in P.ps
and still wanting more. I wander if he will be back as a cheerleader the moment
p.ps will survive all these hurdles.

    Default Merchants owed?

I don't understand how can Picpay owed merchants like Bill Posters when
merchants only should deliver the merchandise or service(s) before they are
being paid by Picpay unless they delivered the product(s) first at their
own risk before Picpay would pay them and have those picpay account(s) of buyers pre-audited first for validity to protect from fraudulent transactions. Something does not add up for accountablity here.

Sadly, many merchants did just that, and although it was too trusting in my opinion, many delivered before payment from PicPay and got stuck for it. Sometimes we go on a gut feel, and as you recall, the new merchant rules were going to be based on proof of delivery first, so think what would have happened if it started out that way?

    Good luck to all, Mike

To find out who Bill Posters is, do a Google search and enter "billposters.org"
If as some believe he was a merchant who was not paid, his motive now appears to be sign up as many Pipsters as possible for his own little venture.
